Called on monday for duct repair Said they were coming back Wednesday. Never showed up. No text or phone call to cancel. I guess my time and ac problems don't matter to them.

Today was no exception. I highly recommend them for both service and repairs.

Don't waste your time. Their prices are SKY HIGH. Their quote to fix my sink was $289; actual cost was $6. Their quote to fix my water heater was $877; actual cost was $0 because it had a CRACK in it that couldn't be repaired. Their quote to replace my water heater instead of "fixing" it was $3986; actual cost was $400. That's right folks, no thanks.

Peaden has the time for you, call them first, nobody will beat their punctuality and price. They show up day you call on the hottest days of the year they have time for you. Everyone else makes you wait months and pay up to THREE times peaden's price elsewhere. I recommend to switch to peaden immediately and get the right price with the highest quality. Not only did he clean my ac and do a tune up for 55$ he was here about an hour and a half and he gave me all sorts of info about my system that my old ac man did not understand. I used a one owner company and they were poor service and took 3 months to replace my ac. My new ac man, peaden, is triple aaa and shows up in 2 hours from my call on literally the hottest day of the year. Save time, save money, polite people who try to help you. Thanks peaden.

Dog chewed up the wires to our unit lastnight and they were able to come repair first thing this morning. Quick and prompt and really kind. Affordable too. Amber gave us some tips to keep it from happening again. Great experience

Travis was amazing!!! He was professional, quick to resolve all of our issues, and gave us a lot of knowledge about our house and plumbing system that we had no idea about. We were very very pleased with Travis and his service and would defiantly call and recommend him again.

Hayden came out for a tune up and was very knowledgeable and polite throughout the process. He exceeded my expectations. Will definitely request him to come service my unit again in the future.
