Amber B. walked me through the maintenance check for my HVAC system and was clearly very knowledgeable about her trade. She made sure to ask if I had questions and did a great job at explaining things in layman’s terms. Amber was also very personable and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel like she was trying to sell me anything either. Would definitely recommend!

These guys were able to come and install our new water heater very quickly and efficiently, even with having to deal with issues getting out the old one. They made sure we didn’t have to spend an entire weekend without hot water, even working late into the evening. Much appreciated and great service!

Brad was the technician who was sent to my home. He came out and diagnosed the problem and gave me options on what I could do to resolve the issue. Extremely thorough and was easy to talk to. I couldn't have asked for a better technician! His boss, Michael was helpful through the process as well. Highly recommend these gentlemen and the business!

She was very professional and explained every detail of my system. She was easy to talk to and had amazing solutions to every issue that was encountered. Plus she loved my pets! Quick, easy, professional! It was a relief to find this business that is available by phone 24/7. Once I called, they came out the next morning to unit. The company does an excellent job communicating who is coming and when so you can expect a professional. The technician Amber was very friendly and knowledgeable, she explained the potential causes of the problem and how she was going to fix it upon providing an estimate. Along with showing me everything as well. Once signing off, the unit was fixed quickly. Amber had excellent work quality and did a great job cleaning up after herself. It was nice that they have a promo right now to waive the service fee for this visit. Would highly recommend and use again! Thank you Peaden!

Our experience with Peaden has been great from start to finish. Michael came to our home to give us an estimate on a re-piping of our home. He answered all questions as well as informed us of things we didn’t know to ask. We also liked that Peaden offers drywall repair with the quotes. Alexi in office was helpful emailing back and forth about different financing options for the job. Jeremy C. And Dell were the technicians that completed the job and couldn’t have been happier with the work they did. Not only are they pleasant people to have in your home, but they were great at keeping me informed of the progress of the job and what to expect for the next day. They worked well together, cleaned up each area as they worked, and were thorough with the work they did. They also were conscious of helping me maintain a toddlers nap times which was so appreciated. Thanks again Jeremy and Dell!

I didn’t have to sit at home waiting received texts and then phone call work plenty of notice so i could go about my day. Gage was my tech very nice man, very understanding about my dogs and very patient. Gage walked me through my options and is still helping me through them the next day. Thanks gage

Todd Mummert was on time and professional. Repaired my old outside leaky faucets and was meticulous in completing the job.

So far I’m impressed with Peaden. They’re the most professional A/C service company I’ve interacted with. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. Communication for arrival time was good and accurate. Work done seemed thorough. My technicians were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The single problem I had was identified quickly and effectively explained to me. The part that I needed was not in stock and had to be shipped in, but it arrived and was installed before the end of the week as promised and all for what seemed like a reasonable price. I’m not sure how my experience can actually be improved.

I am sorry but I had to edit this review. On day one I thought I had a great experience because of how well the service calls went at both homes and the staff was friendly , however since I signed up for the membership I realize that I can never get a hold of anyone. I also called several times because i wanted the membership at both homes and not just the one but could not seem to get that corrected either. I never received any benefit from the membership because of that and have just been paying for nothing. I was finally able to have someone to cancel my membership today after attempting to call an cancel a few other times over the last month or so. What I make of this is the initial "in person" experience may be good but after you sign up, the customer service is not.

Mr. Jeremy is very knowledgeable, skillful, and demonstrated a genuine concerned about presentation. In addition, the work done in the kitchen and bathroom is excellent.

Great customer service and very polite and professional. Eli and his coworker was very professional during the installation of our new Air Conditioning system and explained how the system inside and out works. Also he installed a UV light to help with allergens and such. Highly appreciated and recommend them to others.

Terrible customer service. I was told someone would come out today and look at my bathroom. Nobody came. Someone sent me a text message telling me to call the office regarding my appointment, I was then rescheduled last minute due to an emergency, which is understandable. I called back to cancel the appointment that was reschedule and was told by a representative named Dan that my appointment was rescheduled due my availability. When I originally scheduled the appointment my availability wasn’t a problem not sure how last minute it was an issue.

The technician was very professional and provided information with clarity. I was also able to get an appointment 2 days after I requested services. I highly recommend Peaden.
