Trevor was very thorough and did a great job.

Called on a Friday at 8am and was told that I was on the list for service and called 3 more times with the last call at 6:30pm. They never showed up. I called on Monday at 8am and was told they would be here this morning. They did not show up. The only reason I have been using them is because they installed my new unit in 2017. I have had them here since the installation and all I got was sub par quality of work. I will never use them again and I would never recommend them. I have a repair contract for them to come out 3 times per year and the came out twice and would not refund my money for the other.

Very pleased with our service, Joseph was thorough and coordinated. He took care of our system and filters with a professional touch. Would definitely recommend him.

I spoke with Sonya Wilson on the phone today and she is such a happy helpful young lady she walked me threw everything I needed to do on my thermostat to change my battery me threw the steps and job done. I gave you guys five stars she is the sweetest. Thank you bet very much.

Customer service was by far amazing! I spoke to a lady named Amy and she answered every question I had. Extremely polite, and a pleasure dealing with. If only every business had the same representatives working for them. Thank you Amy!!! I will be calling you back when I am ready for my system.

The service I received from this company was very professional and patient. I had lots of questions to understand their service for my money. The serviceman answered them all and assured their service. I really appreciated it and felt comfortable speaking with him. I look forward to more business with you all

I called last week to inquire on some parts for my Ac and I spoke with Amy. Amy talked to me about all the different prices and exact parts I may need. She talked to me and made me feel like I was the only costumer she had. I have called other places and they either don't know their product or they rush you off the phone, not with Amy she had so much knowledge on the products I was interested in and took the time to explain. Amy is definitely an example of excellent customer service and hospitality and product knowledge. I will definitely only buy my parts from Climatemp from here on out.

Very thorough, pleasant to deal with!

Jacob arrived right on time for our regular maintenance checkup and made a thorough evaluation of our HVAC system. They were very helpful and pleasant. We are quite happy with the work Climatemp did for us and their follow up service program.

I don't usually write reviews, but the service tech (Lynn Thompson) that came today and serviced our unit was exceptional!! He was polite, efficient, on time and knew what he was doing! I will be requesting him for all future service calls to our home!!

Robbie Harrison came to my home and was very professional and explained all my ac problems and solutions. He notified his office and proposed an offer that was very affordable and offered many incentives that sweetened the offer. I was completely satisfied with his ability to provide service as promised by Climatemp to their customers. I would recommend this company to my friends. I also spoke with his office secretary who was so very nice and completely directed my needs toward a good resolution! THANKS TABBY AND ROBBIE YALL ROCK !!

Chris did such a great job servicing our Trane unit and taught us how to program the temperature day and night. I was impressed with his ability to listen to our questions and concerns and willingness to respond so we could understand. He took time to be sure we understood and could work with the thermostat.
He really is a great rep for Climatemp and we would like Chris to be our service person

Climatemp is a company who can be trusted to do the job right the first time (and for a reasonable price as well)! The customer service and support received from Amy was exceptional! Not only was she extremely personable, but knowledgeable as well! She answered all my questions and put my worries at ease. The technician was prompt, professional and right on schedule! I can't say enough good things about this company and the staff! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! HIGHLY recommended!!!!

I highly recommend Climatemp for your heating and cooling needs. Gulf Coast summer's are treacherous on our cooling systems, but thanks to Climatemp our system issues were resolved quickly. Amy was so friendly. She followed-up with us to make certain our repairs were done in a timely manner and made certain we were completely satisfied.
