They go above the call of duty in every thing they do. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. I wish more companies would follow their business model.

HE IS ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR WHAT'S BEST FOR HIS CUSTOMER, NOT HIS BOTTOM LINE. WE'VE HAD HIM DO SOME SMALL REPAIRS FOR US AND ALSO HAVE HAD HIM INSTALL AND WHOLE NEW SYSTEM. THERE IS NO ONE ELSE I WOULD CALL WHEN NEEDING ANYTHING TO DO WITH HEAT AND AIR.

After a weekend with temps about 90 and no air conditioning, I called Byrd Air this morning (Mon) on the recommendation of a friend. I left a message and within 10 mins, Billy Byrd returned my call. He sent Eli and Daniel to my home right after we talked. Eli found the problem and left to get the part to make the repair. Eli called me when they were on their way back. By 11:00am, the new part was installed on my air handler and my air conditioner was performing perfectly. How refreshing to know a business that is so responsive, so professional and truly caring about its customers. I thank you, Billy Byrd, for the way you run your business, for charging a reasonable amount and for having such great employees. I will be recommending your company to everyone I know!
