The technician that helped me was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. He also helped me to understand why I was continuing to have issues and instructed me in proper home maintenance.

An employee of T. Batchelor and sons by the name of Jason Fountain
followed a friend of mine down airport blvd swerving in and out of lanes, hitting cones and repeatedly calling him a racial slur (Nword) all while in his company vehicle and uniform. This incident was video recorded and will be uploaded, showing this employees disgusting unacceptable behavior. I can't believe this company has this racist person
representing their business as well as tarnishing its name/reputation. I would not recommend this company if you are ethnic or a person of color. The world has enough hate in it already without this employees actions contributing to it.

Called Bruce Pollock for a service call . The service tec Eric showed up to our home 20 minutes later .He had the part on the truck and our ac was up and running as smooth as silk . Great service great people .

I used them last year for a service call, they were great. One time they really could not find a problem and didn't even charge me. This time my furnace would not light on Sunday, I called and left a message with their service. They called me at 7:40 on Monday morning. they were at my house by 8:15. I did not expect especially these days.
They told me the jets were a little clogged, they cleaned and checked some other components and said everything was working fine. They charged me for a basic service call. The bill was less than i expected for sure. They didn't try to sell me something that I did not need, unlike some others i have used in the past. I would Highly recommend this company.

Steven Gunn came out and diagnosed my issue which was weather related. He replaced a control board and we’re back in business. Great service and reasonable price, Thanks again ,
