The tech was good. Explained everything while he was working. What the problem was and how he was going to repair it. He even worked in the rain to get it repaired. I will use them again

After stopping in to get some heating and air information, the lady almost yelled at my uncle for not having a mask on when she was not wearing one herself. He does have copd. She was very rude to him and should be wearing herself if she’s going to act like this.

They installed a venthood for us. Installers had a little mishap and damaged the hood. The owner came out himself to remedy the situation which resulted in the purchase and installation of a completely new hood. They went over and above with their service and we could not recommend them enough. We will definitely continue using them for future hvac needs.

Several service calls with these guys, they did not put my system in but have been there for repairs. Replaced my old blower, duct work and a few other things. I was referred to them by my neighbor who has the coldest house in July. Stevie is a HVAC guru. They do my maintenance now. Top notch.

They don't disclose their service fee until after they get to work on the HVAC unit. They said I had a bad capacitor and the unit is under warranty. The part was covered under warranty but they charged me $400 labor. All good no worries. 30 days later I am still having the same issue with the unit not cooling and they said it will be another $400 to come back. That is what will end a business relationship quickly.

We had an issue after hours and Davies Air Design showed up quickly. Pricing was very reasonable and Matt was very friendly. He explained everything that was going on and addressed the issue quickly.

Wow , first class service. When they say design, they mean design. AC went out, they designed a new system, including all new duct work to improve air flow and design. When nobody else wanted to mess with the duct, they had no problem and in fact insisted to do it right would be the best way. EXTREMELY satisfied with price, service and experience.

My unit quit cooling late in the evening. The temperature in my house got to 87 degrees inside. I called Davies at 7:30 on Wednesday morning and my tech (Wayne Williams) was here at about 1:00 pm. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within approximately 30 minutes. I have been using Davies except for over 10 years and they have always been responsive and their email are outstanding

Thank you Matt. My mother is 91 years old and recently had an issue with her A/C. Davies Air Design did the repair. They are also responsible for installing the A/C in her house years ago. The repair bill had a dispute that came with it. A miscalculation of labor. Matt was a super friendly, professional person. He took care of it. I appreciate the conversation of honesty. We had an air handler unit replaced by DAD this past week. They did a fantastic job—arrived on time, were very polite & professional, made sure our floors & house were kept clean and damage free, and kept us up to date on the work in progress. I will certainly use them again in the future and highly recommend.

April is very knowledgeable and professional. She replaced a broken part and completed a thorough testing and cleaning on our main components. All our questions were answered. We were well pleased with the service provided.

Darren arrived on time and was very thorough in taking out our old unit and installing the new one. He explained things well and cleaned up. He was well- mannered and friendly.

So far, so good. He diagnosed rhe issue quickly and seems to have fixed it and explained everything professionally. He provided good photos of his work. I am very satisfied. He also recommended a new capacitor and I agreed, so that is also taken care of for a while,

HVAC regular “check up”. Jasmine is a very knowledgeable , thorough tech & one of the nicest people I have ever met. She explained everything to us & did the work needed in a timely professional fashion.

Max arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He was friendly and explained everything clearly.

Jasmine performed preventative maintenance on our HVAC and generator. She did a comprehensively thorough job. So appreciative.
