James and Anthony did a great job fixing our grinder pump, which went out on Thanksgiving day! They accurately diagnosed the problem, gave different options, and were able to replace our old grinder pump with a new, better one quickly. They also replaced some of the previous piping, which had been inadequate, and put in a check valve and other safety equipment to make sure the new pump runs for many years. We are in the midst of trying to sell our house, so making sure the work is done right gives great peace of mind. We have been using Hansen‘s for many years and recommend them to anyone.

Cameron was very professional was very open to tell me what was wrong with. It showed me the parts and was very professional the whole time. I highly recommend Hansen anytime for any service.

Nick did an excellent job. He arrived on time and was a very nice guy. He let me know exactly what my repairs would cost and was very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with him.

We had to have a toilet flushed out at a rental property. Skylor was very professional and the process was smooth and easy being that we weren’t at the property. He followed our instructions to get in the house and communicated well with me. He informed me of what would have to be done on top of future options.

Good work, however poor social skills and customer service. He didn’t make my wife aware that she was on speaker phone when he called her to discuss service overview and caused her to say something on speaker about my father in law while he was standing right next to your rep

Anthony, Ross, and James did an excellent job on my whole home replumb. I have already recommend Hansen to a friend in need of plumbing services. I am however waiting to be contacted by your drywall repair person. It's been one week and no contact yet. Hopefully this happens soon.

Donnie was professional and courteous. Installed my new sink very quickly. Im so thrilled. And he cleaned up everything afterwards. Kudos, to a job we'll done.

Jake Palmer was fantastic!! Very professional and knowledgeable, and friendly. He Expanded my units and the difference between the 2. Jake Throughly cleaned the leaves out, and vacuumed the inside of closets. The last two techs I had was at my home only stayed for 30 minutes, they looked at my units inside and outside and left. That’s why I was hesitant to do another maintenance. I will ask for Jake every time.

It was not a typical Saturday for us, we were surprised with our garage ceiling falling down with water dripping, Mike arrived and at first it was tricky to locate the leak but he didn’t give up and found it and fixed it right up for us… we will probably have more pipe work to be done in the future and we will definitely want Mike back, really good guy.

I had a issue with an inspection that was done on my HVAC unit. However I spoke with Cole McKinney and he resolved my concern very professionally. The issue was taken care of to my satisfaction and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you Cole!

John & Roger came out to my home to do an assessment on my central air unit as soon as they walked up I immediately felt a very friendly vibration from them . They both were very professional and made sure you understood what the issue was.

We love Hanson and have been using them for years. This visit was because our ac breaker kept tripping - I called after hours service first thing this morning and they were able to schedule me for today. I really appreciated this as I had an appt in the am - they were glad to schedule for afternoon - Dylan arrived shortly after noon. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and explained everything. He repaired what appeared to be the issue - replacing a breaker- however about 10 minutes after he left - it reoccurred. Dylan was back here within 10 minutes. He assessed the issue and pinpointed the electrical issue - Dylan immediately called the office and requested a visit from Hansons Electrical Department and they were here this afternoon (it was going to almost freeze here tonight - so we were thrilled that they were able to fit us in and fix our problem the same day) Brendan was great and was able to repair the problem without having to replace - Brendan arrived within 20 minutes of Dylan calling - he quickly assessed, diagnosed and had an estimate - then got started and before we knew it we were up and running. I would definitely recommend Hanson’s and Dylan and Brendan. I know that if anything ever happens - electrical, plumbing, a/c - I’ll call Hanson’s and they’ll get us fixed up!

Kevin was very helpful in determining what was needed. Service was wonderful! Appointment given same day of calling! Very helpful, will use services in the future! Larry came out to check an issue, very nice and informative!

Denver is very respectful and willing to answer all my questions. He got the issue fixed quickly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I was expecting a huge bill and it was very reasonable.

I know I should have called Hansen but I was trying to help someone I knew . I called Hansen this morning about 8:30am to ask for help..Tech calls at 9am to say he'll be here in 30min..on Time & checked out what I needed, went & got supplies & totally completed what I needed quickly, professionally. & even vacuumed floor.
