We cannot say enough great things about the super tech team that came out and replaced our unit. Special thanks to Kagan and Brandon. They did an amazing job with their professional with yes ma,am and sir. Their work was done on time with no mess to clean up. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Customer service is awesome and Kevin did an outstanding job of detailing everything in the paperwork and explaining the problem. He was also very patient. That was extremely important because I’m dealing with a warranty company. Aside from that, the complaint I have is pricing. I think $400 just for a diagnosis is extreme. I think the prices for replacing a water heater are extreme as well.

I can not say enough good things about Hansen’s AC service. We have used them now I believe for almost 10 years between our two homes. Last year we needed a new AC, complete Duct work sealing and a Mildew Light device installed. As you can imagine it was costly but, Hansen works with Synchrony Finance and we were able to get a 36 month payment plan at 0% interest!

Our Mildew Light Device has had a hard time staying completely put and Hansen every time has come out no charge to fix it and put it back in place. It’s a semi-large heavy device. We think this last time we have a pretty good fix. I so appreciate Dylan R. Coming out the next day from my call on Labor Day - again if it was emergency they said they would come out that day…but I told them ‘no later is fine.’ So, Dylan arrived before noon, assesses it, cleared away any previous work to fix it, and started from scratch and did what he felt would be the best solution. It looks so good and professional. He also said if it doesn’t do the job do not hesitate to call him and he will come back out.

Thank you Hansen! Will use you all forever.

PS. I have a maintenance package with them and they come out twice a year, parts are discounted if any issues, and priority appts are given. Highly recommend!

Hansens has always treated me very well. I had to get a whole new system a couple years ago and the HVAC tech that came out laid out all the options I could take that could make my old unit last a little longer and I appreciated that honesty. They did perfect work and I've had zero issues since then. Zac Richter came out recently to do a free seasonal checkup and servicing that came with the replacement and he's just the best. He was respectful, on time, gave a courtesy call before he showed up, and answered all my questions with no issues. I'm sure there's a lot of great companies out there, but I'm a Hansen man for life.

In stock and he went to pick up the part came back within 30minutes and completed the job. It didn't cost me a thing because it was under warranty. Very satisfied with the technician and the company.

This company is amazing. Larry came out within 24 hours of my call and fixed my sink that started leaking. He also fixed the gauge on all three of my shower heads so our showers would actually be hot! And he did this free of charge! Super impressed with Hansens. Larry was so nice and we had great conversation while he fixed our issues. Highly recommend!

We recently had our grinder pump serviced, and the technician, Grady, did an outstanding job from start to finish. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the issue, and clearly explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. His expertise really showed he worked efficiently, diagnosed the problem accurately, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left.

Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also polite, patient, and respectful of our property.

Patrick and Gage did a fantastic job on installing my new HVAC system. Both were very polite, friendly and professional. I really enjoyed their company. They were both meticulous in every detail of the installation. Patrick checked over the install several times to ensure everything was secure and done properly. Installing an attic unit in a small space was not an easy task. They both rose to the occasion, no matter how many times they had to use the ladder. I still marvel at them hoisting the very heavy outdoor unit about eight feet off the ground onto a platform. On Dauphin Island, most everything is elevated. Patrick made sure all trash was cleaned up before they left. It was a long day for them and I sincerely appreciate their efforts in completing the job, well done. They are a great team. Thank you Hansen.

Denver done a exceptional job. Was there quick and very informative thru the process of our plumving work. We were highly satisfied with the work he done and his technique.

Syrus Blanco came out on a Saturday to repair breaker. He was so nice and helpful. He came within an hour of calling Hansen. It was pricey but it was the weekend and it may be the going rate. I would definitely use Hansen again.

Kevin was super helpful and informative. I appreciate his honesty and the clarity he provided about some plumbing needs.

James and Tony took on a huge job and did great. We appreciate all their hard work and effort on our whole home re-pipe job, which came out excellent. It was a project we planned to do later in the future, but the house had other plans, so we had to move up the project. These guys came swooping in to the rescue and we ended up knocking it out sooner rather than later, and we're very pleased with the results.

We've worked with Hansen on HVAC and electrical projects in the past, and all were great experiences. We expected the same from Hansen Plumbing, which they gave the same great service again.

I was extremely disappointed with your tech’s level of professionalism and lack of knowledge. Initially, I was hopeful as he put I. His foot coverings. It went downhill from there. I told what needed to be done (two leaky faucets, two running toilets and one that requires the handle to be held down in order to flush. I purchased an outside an outside sink and simply needed it connected to water. It came with all of the parts. The first thing he did after I told him was to tell me he recommended I replace the entire toilet in one bathroom because it couldn’t be fixed and the entire job would cost approx. $3500.00. To take that off the list. I live in a historic neighborhood and neighbors have toilets that are over 100 years old. My home was build in 1978. Then he proceeded to tell me that the f he repaired everything, but toilet he couldn’t fix, it would be approximately $1200,00. Remember, we’re talking about two leaky faucets, two running toilets and connecting water to a prefabbed outside sink. He told me he could fix the leaky sink so we scratched it from the list. Then he worked on the tub faucet and had to call for backup to help. As for the outside sink. He connected the water, but leaked at the connection and the drain. He told me that I needed and o ring and a new washer for the water intake connection. I asked did he not carry those materials in his truck, he said he would look. While
He was looking I saw an o ring laying in the counter next to his pliers. I showed it to him and he said, “oh, that one’s broken”. I deduced that o had an o ring, but he broke it. At the end of the day, he connected the water, but it leaked terribly, both from the water intake connection and the drain. He then went back inside to finish up the leaky tub faucet. Of what I asked him to do he was not able to do any of it to completion so I asked him to just finish what he was working on and give me the bill, which came up to over $400.00. When he said he was finished. He never demonstrated the tub; the only thing he had supposed to have finished and never asked me to come into the bathroom to see it. He left my bathroom in the state I have shown in the pictures. I have designer towels, washcloths and hand towels in that bathroom and I found them on the floor, stained and half hanging from the rack. The counter top had grit and dirt on it and tub still leaks. The young man had the nerve to say, “You seem frustrated?” I don’t if this guy was having an off day or what. But it’s not my intention to pay for his bad day. This was a very bad experience. I called your company because I saw your vehicles towing floats )l live on the parade route. I was extremely disappointed with this experience.

Our technician, Kevin Bowlin, was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained the issue (code 11) with our Rinnai tankless water heater. He suggested a replacement of the gas regulator. We recently had a serious sewer blockage at our home, and Denver Henley from Hansen Super Techs, along with his supervisor Grady, came out to help. Their professionalism, expertise, and courteous service were truly outstanding from start to finish.

They were able to diagnose the issue and discovered that the blockage was caused by a utility company’s line that had penetrated and damaged our sewer line. Adam Smith and his team did an outstanding job installing our new outdoor unit. They made the process easy for us to understand, and took the time to explain the pros and cons of getting a new unit.
