Service was quick and easy, and the representative was very nice and professional. However, I was disappointed that the advertised discounts were not offered. I believed I qualified for the $50 off repair that was listed on the website but I can’t see restrictions.

Additionally, the technician began fixing the issue without discussing or confirming the total price with me beforehand. The cost was not reviewed until after the work was completed, which was frustrating. Due to the emergency, I went ahead and paid the service price, but clearer communication and approval before starting the repair would have been appreciated.Service provided was Inducer debris removal.

Overall, decent service, but better transparency with pricing and promotions would improve the experience.

Khaleb Brooks with Hansen Super Techs did an exceptional job servicing my air conditioner. My unit was making a concerning noise, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and got it taken care of.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on. After the repair, the noise was completely gone and the unit is running smoothly again.
