Great company. I have used them twice. Their pricing is fair. They respond very quickly, once over a weekend. They don't try to oversell stuff you don't need. Very honest, and easy to deal with. I will only work with them moving forward. I hope they don't change their practices.

I have been a LaBits customer for years. I find them to be honest and affordable. I recommend them to friends and family, and everyone who uses their service has been pleased. I prefer the older gentleman to the younger repairman they have, but I guess that is because he seems to know his profession much better.

The service I received today was exceptional. I was able to schedule an appointed that fit my schedule. The technician call twice before arriving and made me aware of his expected time of arrival. He arrived within the timeframe that he promised. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate Patco for providing superior services to our community. In this day and time, this rarely happens.

Our AC unit went out this Sunday after a power outage in the neighborhood and we were so relieved when they could come out to take a look so we didn’t have to sleep in the heat. Our tech was John and he was polite and knowledgeable.

Mr Justin gave us wonderful service. He was very knowledgable and he helped us resolve our AC problems. He helped us locate the returns and he signed us up for a good program with Patco that gives us two more visits and checks of our complete system. He is a great representative.

They showed up on time, asked me questions about the system and then did their checks, the tech did come across an issue, explained what he found and asked me if it would be okay for another tech to come out for a second opinion on what he found, no pressure to sell me anything, took his time to look at everything, cleaned up after himself and was very polite as he was doing his checks.... very satisfied with their service
