Technician called and asked if he could come earlier than my appointment time because of a cancellation. This was fine with me. Upon arrival he introduced himself and proceeded to check my AC inside and outside. He explained to me what he was doing and answered all my questions. I was completely satisfied with the results.

My service technician (John) was on time and very efficient. John explained some recommendations and didn’t try to force a service. Very pleased with the service today, I would highly recommend Patco!

Quick and friendly!! They come out assessed the situation and promptly fixed it. No hot days in the house. Soon as I called they were able to come out the same day. We made sure to get maintenance plan . Thanks so much for the quality and professionalism!!!

The guys that came to my home this morning were absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be more thankful for all their help. The guys were not only well mannered but also very respectful and that is something you just don’t see this day and age anymore. I also had an issue with my debit card when trying to pay, I was horribly embarrassed but they waited patiently until I could get the rest of the money to pay them. They assured me that these things happen and to not be embarrassed. The guys were so polite and patient about the whole occurrence although they had a full day of work ahead of them. I will tell you we have been through many A/C companies and I would have to say that Patco is by far the best AC company we have ever used. Their prices were affordable and as I was saying their customer service surpasses that of any other company we have dealt with down to the gentleman I spoke with yesterday on the phone to set up our appointment. He too was also very nice and attentive.

Contact Patco after having several days of our ac freezing up and temp in the house reaching 80 degrees. Today 07/21/25 they came to service our ac unit. While my husband and I was at work, the service man showed up to supposedly cleaned & add freon. Upon getting home we found the ac unit making a strange noise, not cooling & not clean. My husband called 5 times between the hours of 5:30 pm & 10 pm for someone to come out to reservice our ac unit. At 10:12 pm the Owner Pat called my husband directly & he personally came out to reservice our unit. I have never met someone so humble, understanding & considerate of his customers. Pat's actions of going above and beyond for us is why we will be using Patco from this day forward.

Jon did a great job. He sold us this unit 10 years ago, he is trust worthy and I value his opinion.

The tech name Dillion was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The company service price was reasonable for the service performed. I am extremely satisfied with their service and the thoroughness of the work.

Justin Blankenship came to my house the other day and did a maintenance on my air conditioner unit. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He did a great job. very professional. We also got a chance to talk about Jesus which I really enjoyed.

Woke up to a hot house this morning. Called PATCO at 9am . Tech called about an hour before he arrived . He arrived at 2:30pm and by 3pm we had cool air again!

*Quick and Friendly Service*

No one likes a hot house and when I woke up to a hot house I called Patco and got a same day appointment. The service man called me about 2 hours before appointment time since they had a cancelation so I got even quicker service. He knew I needed to leave my house by a certain time giving him a limited work window but he got our house cooling again inside that time frame. He also shared some good knowledge with me about how to maintain a good AC unit.
