This company is awesome! They are polite, punctual, and transparent. They tell you what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how they are doing it. The technician was very open and honest. He told us the estimate and told us the necessary and the recommended. I will use them again, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I cannot recommend them enough, especially since they came out shortly after I called on the same day that I called.

They were all very professional! They were all on time, actually they were early. They all did what they came to do effectively! I am very pleased with their work and recommend them to everyone that needs services.

My uncle maintained my AC for most of my life, but he retired, so I asked him who he recommended when my AC went out. He suggested PATCO and said he'd never heard any complaints about them. I called PATCO the day my AC went out, and they sent someone that day in about 20 minutes. The tech, a young man named Dylan, was fantastic throughout the process. He was quick, thorough, polite, and transparent with everything he did. He kept the unit working while we waited for the parts, and once the parts arrived, he returned and made the necessary repairs to ensure the unit ran like it always has. My family and I appreciate PATCO, and we appreciate Dylan. I will use them again and again, and I can absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of HVAC services. This was one of the best decisions my family has ever made.

Called to have my unit looked at because it wasnt cooling, fan was not kicking on.

Tech said he needed to route some power because it wasnt getting enough power. Came in later said its not working.
They ended up killing the power to it and said i needed an electrician. Told them i Never had a problem with my thermostat not getting power and turning on. Tech looked all annoyed and said hed go look again.
He ended up just leaving.
I Called his boss said he apologized and would get it resolved.

They fixed the power issue the next morning. Not the cooling issue for what i called them for, So they fixed their mistake.
Tech came in all pouty with attitude and said you need to sign this stating you are turning the breaker back on and we are not liable if someone gets shocked.

Showed me the ipad at the signature box.
I said what am i signing? And he said, what i stated.

So i signed.

Next thing i get an email saying i signed for an invoice of 400$

Straight up scared to try to show me an invoice for something you messed up? Next time be straight up.

People call you because they want someone to trust, you break something YOU’RE LIABLE.
If you cant fix the issue just say it.

Called HEADS AC company i asked was it unsafe to work on? They said no. Charged me to clean the condensor since they didnt know either. But you know what? I paid that 400 BECAUSE THEY WERE HONEST AND STRAIGHT UP. Did not fix my issue.

I called another company, they found it was the FAN CAPACITOR that was failing, replaced it and its fixed now. They said they probably didnt look hard enough and only checked the compressor capacitor because the fan capacitor was hidden.

That is why customers call you SO WE DONT MESS ANYTHING ELSE UP OR DAMAGE SOMETHING FURTHER. Not for you to damage something then make someone pay for your mistakes.

Our technician was friendly and had excellent customer service. When inquired about my duct work, he politely checked it out and sent me a quote.

When I called last Saturday morning because my AC was no longer cooling, my call was handled with courtesy and professionalism. She took all the needed information and said a tech would call me shortly. Just a bit later, Dillon called and after getting an idea of my situation said he could be here in 45 minutes. He arrived as promised, and it probably wasn't another 20 minutes that he had the AC blowing cold again! He took the time after this to answer a bunch of my questions and soon had soft sold me the regular maintenance plan, that really is a good deal. Today, I had an unexpected opportunity to invite him back out for the much needed first maintenance visit in years. I called to see if Dillon might be available, and once again Dillon was on time as promised and as helpful and thorough a tech as I could ever hope for. Patco has LOTS of great reviews, because they deserve great reviews! Thank you all!

Came out late on a freezing cold night and repaired my disabled son’s heater. Communication was great and they made sure my son was warm during this cold snap. Have used Patco many times. Always a pleasure dealing with them.
