Writing this review feels like I am talking about my family. Easy was recommended to us years ago when we needed a new AC unit. Easy made sure that we were just not getting a unit but our home was getting everything to handle the dreadful heat. They worked long hours without any complaints until the job was completed. We have continued to use Easy for all our cooling/heating needs. He makes sure you are taken care of before he goes home to his own family. Easy came out after hours last night and left after 11:00PM making sure we would be cool. The work is top notch. If you want a company that is professional, friendly, and represents good quality then I highly recommend using Easy. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I've used Easy Heating and Cooling Services a couple times and each time has been the BEST. Easy Heating & Cooling are the Most Reliable, Professional and most Affordable Heating & Cooling company, and in my personal opinion in all of Alabama.
I would definitely recommend this company for any HVAC Services needed. Mr Enoch honest and professional an so is his staff. If I had one word to describe the easy heating and cooling company, it would be HONESTY ! The Lin work is very thorough. They don’t rush through. They do a great job and they have wonderful personalities. I would recommend them to anyone because honestly AND good service these days is important. THEY ARE MY HEROES!

When Mr. Enoch from Easy Heating & Air came out to service my unit, I told him that another technician from another company said that my unit could not be fixed without ordering new parts.
Mr. Enoch with the proper fittings, serviced my unit in less than an hour and it's blowing cold air and he saved me and my family over $550.00. I highly recommend Easy Heating and Air.

Excellent service! They did great work in a timely manner. Everyone was very polite and personable. Have had them work on a hot water heater and my a/c and they did an amazing job on both! 10/10 would recommend.

Best company hands down, the guys came to my house and made sure everything was working , they worked for 12 hours , and never took a break , until everything was done, they were very professional and I will definitely recommend your company to everyone.

Service was okay until I got the bill. They initially charged 8 hours labor to check problems. Plus also an $85 service call. Found defrost board shorted due to a snake crawling in causing the A/C and heat to run simultaneously. Jumped board so heat would work and ordered board. This was the root cause of the problem.
Was charged over $500 for board and was told that the thermostat was replaced. The exact defrost board was less than $100. I checked this out and informed the company this was not reasonable. The total bill was over $1300, they adjusted it to $1120. If they replaced the thermostat it wasn’t necessary and apparently they charge labor when they drive to your location $85/hr.
Very unethical people to hire.

at the most 2 1/2 hrs labor plus service call $85. Ask questions before you hire these folks!!

Ms. Carol was friendly and efficient in setting up my appointment. Austin was able to come the next day and do maintenance and diagnose the problem with my a/c unit. He completed repairs the same day and stuck around to make sure everything was in proper working order before leaving. Austin was friendly and professional from start to finish. Used Easy Heating and Cooling again for a new thermostat. Mine bit the dust and it's going down to 31 tonight! Mr. Enoch came same day and got me set up and toasty! Great company!

Easy Heating and Air stood out, not only for the promptness and professionalism of the service provided, but also in contrast to competitors in the area. Enoch Smith, owner of the company, answered my service call at 7 o’clock on a Saturday morning after receiving my service request on a Friday night. By contrast, the previous company I called wanted me to wait 11 days for a diagnostic call. He also stood and contrast to other technicians, I’ve worked with who used high pressure sales pitches to convince me I needed a grossly overpriced new unit, though a $300 repair was all I needed. I highly recommend this skilled professional to anyone who values customer service, orientation and prompt and professional work at a reasonable price. When the time comes, I will certainly call on Easy Heating and Air again.

Mr. Enoch worked diligently and carefully to install my new unit after trying everything he could to salvage the old one. He and his team were very professional and respectful while completing the job at my home. It took longer than expected due to weather delays but they kept me informed every step of the way. I'm very thankful for Mr. Enoch helping me to diagnose my furnace issue over the phone. I was thinking I was in need of having my furnace lit and that it will take a day or two, however, it was me controlling the thermostat incorrectly the whole time (smh). He insured me that I did not waste his time and now we have heat. It didn't take him 3 minutes to figure out the issue, again all done with a simple phone call. Knowledge is key! Thank you so much Mr. Enoch. If you're having heating/cooling issues call him FIRST!! I'm very glad that I did.

When we called Easy Heating & Cooling to look at a problem we were having with our front office unit at e-worc. They were very responsive and came out quickly to provide a quote. The problem was kind of big (and a little expensive) and I wanted more detail so someone called me and we discussed the details. It all made perfect sense and I approved the repair. They communicated well throughout the process and the on-site team was very professional. They were very considerate of my staff and did a great job. When the bill came, it was slight lower than the estimate. This company is just good at what they do and they do it with great integrity.
