Our technician, Cutter Pitts, completed a winter service check for us last week. He was friendly, professional, and explained and took photos of each step. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend!

After our old HVAC unit failed (during the hottest week of the entire year with temps upwards of 100+ degrees!!), we got various quotes from different local HVAC businesses. We looked at all the quotes, pricing variables, ease and terms of financing, warranties, equipment in-stock options, we finally settled on Keith Air Conditioning. After reaching out during our frantic weekend, someone from Keith Air Conditioning called back twice, got some info from us and preventatively came over to take measurements, so the sales team would have all information needed for a quote bright and early Monday morning! We received a call Monday from one of the owners guiding us step by step on how the process would work and what financing options we had. After we received the quote and easily did the financing part, the office called us within the hour to schedule installation within the next few days. On install day the team arrived on time with our shiny, quiet new unit! They dismantled all parts of our old unit, checked and cleaned all lines, installed a brand new smart thermostat, even replaced a piece of plywood needed for the unit inside the house. They performed a lot of checks and measurements before finally letting it run and do its work of cooling the house, which we were extremely appreciative of!!!
The entire team worked tirelessly to keep us happy, from the very first call of the service tech just gathering info, to the owner calling personally to explain the process, to everything being carefully installed and triple checked in detail, to even the ease of use and explanation of the smart thermostat!
We could not be happier with everything Keith Air Conditioning has done to get us comfortable during this extra hot summer, and wholeheartedly recommend them as a top professional in the HVAC field in Southern Alabama.

We had a new AC installed by Keith Air several months back. Those techs were great! The condensation pump recently started to sound like it was struggling. I called to inquire about someone taking a look at it, and I was lucky that they were able to get here the very same day. Marcellow was courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and performed service on the pump quickly, and left me with a helpful tip that I can use to maintain the system myself as well, which should lengthen the time between regular maintenance service calls. I don't have one bad thing to say about Keith Air!

John Taylor was very professional and a delightful technician! He serviced my two HVAC systems and whole house generator skillfully and gave me an update afterwards on all three.

John Taylor is a professional. He is considerate of time and covers all the bases. He was efficient in replacing our sensor coils and quickly serviced our unit.

First let me explain the stars, I consider 3 stars average. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
They replaced 2 condensers (1 was a 2 stage) and 1 furnace. 1 year ago
Got up in the attic to fix my eternet/cable, found both lines pulled loose after installation of the AC, also picked up a 5 gal. bucket of their trash. Felt air blowing in my face, turned out to be an unused hole for a pipe. Taped it up after Keith Air confirmed it was supposed to be taped.
About a month later I was under the house and noticed they didn't install new line sets that I paid for ( big and little coper lines)
One year later we called about the circulating fan not working (just the fan not heat or air on) they promptly came out, while looking at the wiring, turns out not only the fan, but they high part of the 2 stage was mis wired.
Unfortunately the have done better than previous 2 AC companies.
I am going to stay with them tho, they're people are very good they just need better training and maybe be checked behind a little more often.

Keith air cond has been quite dependable when I have problems. On the most recent visit, Gary Young was exceptional in repairing my unit. He is personable and reliable--always.

Gary from Keith was excellent. He spent a moment re-acquainting my two dogs to himself so they would go lay down to allow him to do his job. He checked my unit very quickly and was on his way.

We just moved our maintenance contract over to Keith A/C. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service that Daniel provided us today. He found a minor issue with our heating system and gave us a reasonable quote to repair and bring back to optimal performance.

I highly recommend this company. They are locally owned and operated. They make you feel like family including their office personnel.

A polite young man named Cutter Pitts came and discovered the cause of an electrical problem and fixed it right away. He continued a complete and thorough inspection of our system indoors and out. We were satisfied and totally happy with his service. Keith Air should be proud of him.

Brayden, Jayson, Wyatt and Dylan arrived on time and took special care in protecting our hardwood floors and carpet on the stairs. They cleaned up after the installation and were all friendly and worked very well together. We were very pleased with all the guys. We have been extremely satisfied with everyone at Keith.

A technician arrived at my home within an hour of calling Keith regarding a message on my thermostat of a potential issue. Gary was very knowledgeable, personable, experienced and solved the issue immediately, while explaining what had happened. He also helped complete connecting to the app for the system. Highly recommend.

First impressions... Cutter was professional, explained all the work before beginning and gave me a timeframe for completion of the work. Very thankful that he wore foot protection to keep my wood floors clean too!

The technician, Cutter Pitts that serviced my heating system did an outstanding job. He was very professional, polite and explained everything he was going to do. Cutter took pictures of what he did in the attic and showed me what things looked like up there. In the 42 years I have had Keith service my system, no one has ever taken pictures to show me before. Usually after the technician services the heating system they leave after letting me know everything is OK. Cutter went outside to check the compressor to be sure it was working properly to be sure that I would not have any problems with it after he left. He even lit my wall heater in back room to help me. Cutter is in my opinion the best technician I have ever had!!!

Gary did my maintenance today and replaced a bad switch. He was kind and thorough. He pointed out and cleaned some dirty spots on our coils and gave recommendations for next time. The prices and service is always great, we’re happy we use Keith’s because we know we’re taken care of!
