Chaz, David, and Steve replaced my HVAC System today 01 Jul 25. They did an excellent job. Additional work was required to increase the size of the return air area. They provided additional area for the return air and installed a new grill with filter to accommodate for the additional air flow. Circuit breakers were up sized to accommodate the new unit. This work was all included in the original estimated price. The work was done efficiently and professionally. The work area was cleaned up completely to our satisfaction. I would recommend Climate Control for all of your HVAC needs. They provide a great after action report with photos on all the work they did.

Service Technicians, Donnie and Stella, came today and performed the 6 month system check. Bobby accompanied them. As usual, they were thorough and took time to also service the condensate sump pump and drain as well as hosing out the fins on the condensing unit. All system checks were found normal. Although I am satisfied with my system we did discuss the future potential for upgrading. Bobby indicated he would email information on next generation systems.

My AC outside unit was not able to turn on in April 2025. Shawn diagnosed the pressure sensor problem quickly and provided an innovative solution to fix the problem. His solution was able to to lower the repair cost. He did a good job and I will recommend him to my friends and colleagues.

Jodi answered my phone call and was extremely helpful scheduling service appointment then sending me a text to confirm the time. The service technician Donnie arrived on time calling first to confirm his arrival. Donnie was quite knowledgeable quickly identifying the burned disconnect in the attic and explaining my repair options. Jodi, Donnie and Bobby who originally sold me the heat pump made this a 5 star experience!

Christian and Josh installed an HVAC unit for my mom. They were professional and personable. They were persistent in getting the job done correctly. They stayed and made sure everything worked properly before my mom signed that the job was completed. She and I were very pleased and satisfied with their work.

Chaz and chandler did an excellent job in replacing my HVAC system. They arrived on time. It took them approximately 6hours to remove and install the new system. They friendly, courteous and willing to answer any question. I would highly recommend them.

Jordan was extremely polite, professional, and capable. I appreciated her timely response and explanation of the issue which she resolved quickly!

Brandon from Climate Control came out this morning. We have the Home Comfort Membership + Maintenance with Climate Control. They come out twice a year to check our HVAC system, clean coils, check coolant levels, etc. It’s more of a preventative package for $15/month. A single visit without membership would be $180, so basically we get a visit for free. Brandon did an excellent job checking everything over. He suggested replacing our inducer motor and immediately had someone email an estimate. I also asked about insulation because I know our attic is poorly insulated (that might be an overstatement). He immediately had an estimate emailed over to me. I appreciate Brandon’s attentiveness, punctuality, politeness, the way he explained my options, and his easy going attitude. 💫

AC Unit went out yesterday. We were very happy and pleased with the work that Nick and his team member did. We are loving our new AC unit. They were on time and very respectful of the property!

Jordan Buckles did a great job for us today. Her service was professional, thorough and friendly. I'm glad we called Climate Control Service Experts and signed up for their annual service plan.

I chose them simply because their sticker was on my AC unit in a home I purchased, and they originally installed the unit. Alecia in customer service was very helpful in answering questions and putting me through to a more technical person when she could not answer. We agreed to schedule a service call where Brandon came out and he was helpful, respectful of me and my home throughout the service call. We learned v bulbs in our Arco system were close to expiration, so we had them replaced while he was here. After the service call, I received follow up emails asking how their service aligned with my expectations. Truly a service organization. We will of course continue to use them and recommend them to friends, family and google people. A job well done.

I've always had excellent service from Climate Control Service Experts and this service call was no exception. I was having some issues with the AC unit and Stella diagnosed the issueI as a leaking evaporator coil. After talking to Stella and her manager we decided to replace the AC / Heat Pump. The next day David and Steve arrived at 10:00 AM, replaced the units and were done before 3:00 PM. They did an excellent job installing and cleaning up. Everyone we talked to at Climate Control were courteous and professional. It's great to have a company like Climate Control Service Experts that we can depend on and trust to do what's right.

Donny & Stella were right on time. Took thorough inventory of my AC system. They found a highly flammable part of the AC system that was sparking & could have easily caught fire.

There visit renewed my faith in service people. Their thorough maintenance review probably save a house fire.

The advantage program at climate control was such a blessing to me Mr Bobby and Mr Donnie used every act of their professionalism in assisting me with getting air in my salon and we even had a few minutes of talking about the lord “WOW “ and they were not to busy for JESUS, what blessed day Bobby and Donnie

Steve and Christian were amazing! I was not feeling well & they were so understanding. After the details regarding location, etc., they worked on their own, steadily, until the job was done. They were prompt, friendly, professional, & (in my opinion) went over & above expectations. When I'm reay for a second unit, I will request them as my installers. Thanks guys. You're the best!

Five stars for Climate Control Heating, Air & Plumbing

I had such a good experience with Climate Control that I just wanted to share. Last night, my A/C stopped blowing cool air. I turned it off at the breaker, restarted it, tried all the usual tricks that had worked before—but no luck.

Cue the dread of calling an A/C company and bracing for a pricey fix. But Climate Control’s customer service team texted me first thing in the morning and kept me updated throughout the day until someone could come out. That kind of communication made a stressful situation feel way more manageable.

Jordan, the tech who came out, was super professional and easy to talk to. She got everything fixed quickly and even gave me a few tips on how to keep my system running more efficiently. I really appreciated that—it felt like she genuinely wanted to help, not just get in, get out, and hand me a big bill.

They also offer a twice-a-year maintenance program, which I signed up for. It’s nice knowing I won’t be caught off guard again when the weather flips. And honestly, the price was way better than I expected. I was worried I’d be stuck with a huge expense, but they were really fair.

And just to be clear—I don’t work for Climate Control, I’m not being paid to write this, and I didn’t get a free scented candle or anything. I’m just a regular person who contacted ten different companies, got one email back around lunchtime, and ended up going with the only team that actually reached out first thing in the morning and stuck with me until Jordan arrived.

It’s a shame they’re based across the bay in Mobile—I was really hoping to find someone local, maybe even down the street—but it didn’t work out that way. Still, I’m genuinely happy when good things happen, and this was one of those times.
