Punctual arrival, protective dropcloths in place, efficient and productive work to replace air conditioner and related tasks. AND cheerful while working in 98° outside, and at least 150° in attic! Thorough clean-up of all areas is appreciated.Tristan and Taten are outstanding representatives for Hembree. We are more than pleased with their work.

Great experience getting my HVAC system tuned up before the (brief) winter weather. Joey Bond, Daniel Herren and Ethan Burgess were prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Hembree has corrected all of the issues I had

I've been using Hembree for many years but in JULY they installed a new Trane Unit for me and as of OCTOBER 13 they still have not completed the installation. Joe Hembree has told me 3 different times since JULY they would be out to finish. Still nothing. Two weeks ago I had to text him and remind him. He responded that he would have everything complete by end of day Monday October 7th. It didn't happen and Joe said he was under the weather and asked me what day last week I would be home. I told him any day but Wednesday. Not only did no one show up, but I've not heard a word from anyone since. The two techs that installed my unit broke the vent pipe off from the roof cap. There is no register in a new vent they ran in a bedroom closet. No line hide on my mini split. The electrical work on the exterior for the mini-split was so sloppy Joe Hembree said he was embarrassed and called it a "shit show". He said he didn't want his name associated with it and would get the electrician back out to redo it while he supervised. The line hide has now broken away from the eave mount due to excessive pressure because it could not be installed properly due to the sloppy work of the electrician. Lastly, the unit is so loud we have to turn the volume up on the TV every time the unit comes on. Joe told me they would do additional baffling to quiet the unit. To this day, NOTHING!! About 4 weeks ago Gianna called me from the office and said somebody needed to come out and do an inspection. I told her all the above issues I still had and that they were not finished but they were welcome do come do an inspection. She strongly emphasized that I would be hearing back from her or someone else very soon yet to this day, nothing!! I will attempt to contact both Trane, Wells Fargo who financed the unit as well as an attorney tomorrow morning.

Darryl was a very polite, efficient young man. He did a wonderful job servicing our units. He even had to go outside in the thunderstorm to check the outside units, not once did he seem to be bothered by it. Very good guy. Y’all keep him for sure!

I had Hembree install an AC/heat pump unit at my house earlier this year. Everything has worked flawlessly until this past weekend when the AC stopped blowing cold air. Called this morning for a service tech, and within a few hours they sent out a tech (Ethan Burgess). He looked at the outdoor unit, immediately diagnosed the problem, EXPLAINED to me what had happened (the problem was actually with the thermostat, not the unit), and within 20 minutes I was back up and running. A++ Service. Thanks again Hembree (and Ethan) for taking care of me!

Update 12.18.25: Darryl was my technician. He was prompt, professional, and friendly! He did a great job, and he explained everything in detail. Super nice guy! 5 stars for Darryl!

Very pleasant and professional! First, DeAnne was very helpful on the phone. She was friendly, kind, and was in no rush to get off of the phone to make sure that she was providing the services I needed. Then on the day of, they called 30 minutes ahead of time to make sure I was ready (which I really like). Drake was the tech that did the service today. He was very friendly, informative, and also took his time explaining everything without pushing any sales. He made sure to explain everything in detail so I understood what was going on with the system and what my options were in order to proceed with the recommendations. I highly recommend them, and I would use them again!
