Technician Jordan once again helped us to learn our thermostat, check all filters, and ensured all questions answered. It is a delight to have him come by our house.

Hembree Heating and Air installed a Trane 5 ton heat pump. Hembree’s excellent installation was performed by a team of knowledgeable, experienced and courteous technicians. David, Nick, Bryson, and Daniel all contributed to make the removal of my old unit, and installation of the new equipment go smoothly and they ensured the equipment was performing optimally and per specifications.
I’ll use Hembree again.

Taten and Jayson came out to install mini split HVAC. Outstanding folks. Outstanding workmanship. Anyone who has them work for them can expect a great finished product.

The installation technicians where kind efficient and professional. It took Nate and Bryce less than a day to install a new Mini split system into the house. David came by the next day and checked the final installation. Hembree was a great company to work with no surprise fees all upfront and honest throughout the entire process.

Daniel with Hembree Heating and Air did a great job. He arrived right on time, was very informative, and thoroughly checked the unit he serviced to make sure everything was working properly. Very professional and easy to work with.

Drake did an exceptional job working to repair my existing unit but I opted for a new one. David and his team did a great and efficient installation of the entire unit inside and out. The follow-up from Hembree was great as well. Resolved all issues I was having with my a/c.

My AC went out last Friday night. I called Hembree Heating & Air Saturday morning. They sent Darryl out. I had a very old ac unit, he got it going quickly. I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism.
Darryl set me up with Marshall on Monday to come out to size in a new unit. On Tuesday Ethan and Joy came out to install a new unit. It was very bad weather but they hung in there and got the job done in a very professional manner. On Wednesday Triston and Paten came out and tied up some lose ends. From the office personal to the team out in the field, they all did a great job and I would recommend them to my friends.

Irina was truly amazing. She handled every detail with care, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and made sure we were completely comfortable with each step. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference.

We are gold members with Hembree and they never disappoint. Darryl was the service technician today and exceeded my expectations! He went over everything that he did at the service appointment and explained our membership and what it covers. He was thorough, polite, and patient to answer all of my questions. Rarely do leave reviews but with Hembree it is necessary. Their team from scheduling an appointment to making service calls is so pleasant, polite and professional. Kelly always is efficient and a pleasure to work with. Darryl , making a service maintenance visit, was very informative and professional, helping us with more than just the basics. I have contracted with them for years with regularly scheduled maintenance checkups . The experience has never been other than 5 stars. Whether an emergency or a seasonal checkup, l know l can depend on their immediate attention and expert service.

A 5 star HVAC experience begins with the call for help. This contact will set the bar for the entire customer/company relationship. Once the service call time is set, there should be contact keeping customer updated as arrival time nears. When the technician arrives, you will learn more about the company, the employee, their knowledge and if you made the right decision to choose this company. Hembree Heating and Air does all of this, they check all the boxes and they have set the bar at its highest level in the HVAC business!

Hembree installed a package AC/heating unit for me in Midtown, and they did a wonderful job. Nate and Bryce went above and beyond—they had to remove and reinstall part of my fence to remove the old unit, and they also corrected a poor airflow issue by repairing the ductwork under the house. This is the second unit Hembree has installed for me at different locations, and I've been satisfied both times. Very professional and reliable.

Darryl King did such a good job on our inspection/maintenance! He was very thorough but explained everything that he was doing in a way that I could understand it. 10/10 would recommend!

My heater was making a weird noise every time it kicked on, I called and DeAnne got me scheduled within 24 hours. Jordan came out and was able to take a look at it and resolve the issue. He even went up in my attic to evaluate any further issues and gave me some options to fix some of the concerns we are having with our HVAC system on our home built in the 40’s. Jordan was on time for my appointment and was in & out in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend!

The technician, Darryl, was knowledgeable and explained all of my issues in a way that I could understand. He also showed me each problem area and gave me quotes on correcting each issue. He was polite and made sure he kept the house clean even though he was having to take the unit out of the space it was in. I highly recommend this company and Darryl.

Marshall in Sales was very accomodating and helpful with selecting the proper unit and setting up the installation. Tristan and Taten were very professional and thorough with the install process, they did great work on our Mitsubishi Mini Split unit installation. I am very pleased with the install and with Mitsubishis mini split unit! Those guys are A++! Go to Hembree Heating and A/C for your HVAC needs, you wont be disapointed!
