Very pleased with everything Daycool has ever done for me. My most recent experience was replacement of attic ductwork and outside ac unit (elevated.) Robert, Matt and Brodie worked efficiently together and apart to get these jobs done in a timely manner. They were courteous, helped with a couple of unplanned modifications, and cleaned up after themselves.
I also have Daycool’s service plan with twice per year visits which is quite affordable. Would highly recommend Daycool as a reliable and trustworthy hvac provider.

Service was great. Charges were horrible. Had to pay $175.00 for an after hours call. Then an additional $150 for the hour the tech was here even though they said they charge $75 which is for two hours. I called about this. They said the $325.00 was correct.

Did have a service contract with them but they kept trying to sell a duct cleaning ‘extra add on’ for about &3,000(?). I talked to a lot of people, this add on sells for around $800 so BIG money maker for Daycool, not so good for me.

I will never ever use Day oil again. Way too expensive for me.

Thank you Daycool for responding so quickly to my request for service. Our technician, Ryan, was polite and professional. He shared pictures of the problem with my system and quickly reached out to the office to order the parts and arrange for the installation. I would recommend Daycool for their excellent customer service and professionalism.

The technicians were very professional. They took extra care on the pathway leading to my unit covering my floors. They're removed and replaced my heating and air condition system inside and out for a very reasonable price. My main unit was located in the attic. They showed up on time and were completed in 3 and 1/2 hours. Highly recommend this service!

I’m very pleased with the work and knowledge of Ryan Waltman. My A/C stopped cooling late Friday night/early Saturday morning. I called DayCool at 7am Saturday morning and by 9am Ryan was here fixing my problem. I would highly recommend DsyCool for any A/C issues that you may have.

They were extremely quick, competent and friendly. Entire unit was put in within 3 hours even with fairly heavy rain. They cleaned up so you couldn’t tell they had been at my house at all! Would definitely recommend Daycool to anyone looking for AC repairs or replacement!

This is my second time using Daycool and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I’ve received both times. My A/C went out Thursday night. Daycool sent their tech, Travis, out first thing Friday morning and he discovered that my condenser motor was burnt out. Travis provided what I felt to be very fair and honest options. My unit was over 25 years old and although he felt it could be repaired, it would be a significant cost. Travis stated he would happily do whatever I chose, but he recommended installing a new indoor/outdoor setup instead of investing several hundred dollars in the old unit as he was concerned it was likely to quit entirely within a few months. He assured me that the office staff would do their best to help me secure financing if I decided to pursue a new unit.

I contacted Shelby at their office and she worked diligently to get me financed. She was fantastic! She took time to explain my estimates as well as financing options. She got me financed through Alabama power within an hour and then ordered my equipment so I could be put on the schedule first thing Monday morning. I felt like she went above and beyond to make sure it got done that day so it wouldn’t delay us getting our air going again.

On Monday, another tech, Drake, came while I was at work and had the new unit installed literally within 5 hours. I came home to a cool house and other than the new units, couldn’t tell they’d even been here. I was shocked at how fast the entire process went and I can’t thank these guys enough for all of their hard work and dedication to serving the community. No one likes having to go through a large house repair, but Daycool at least made the process smooth and made me feel that I was given a fair shake. 10/10 would recommend.

The level of service at this business is absolutely amazing! I was able to track my technician on his way to my home so I was able to make sure my dogs were out of the way before he arrived. A photo was also provided along with a bio of the technician that I should expect. This is a huge safety feature! Brandon was able to get my AC up and running in no time. Monica and Brandon really know how to take care of their customers!

This company was great to work with all the way around. My a/c went completely out on a Friday and they had an entirely new system put in by Monday before noon. Great price point and honest, did not have any problems at all. Matt and Robert were time efficient, worked really hard, and answered all my questions during the install process. Great crew!

Ryan, Grant, Matt, and Gannon were great to work with! Good team who took pride in their work and a job done correctly. Each of them are knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I appreciate all the corrections made and picking up after themselves. Made the process as easy as you can ask for.

I am quite pleased with my Daycool experience. Ryan was here on Tuesday when one on my AC units stopped working. He was friendly, professional and did a great job educating me on the issues I was having and why he was making a recommendation for a system replacement . My existing unit was installed in 2002 and certainly outlived its life expectancy. A quick fix for the condenser was also offered and I did not feel pressured. I did decide to update the whole system, but Ryan got me up and running so we could stay cool while we waited for installation.

A few days later Robert, Keith, and Matt arrived early and got me set up and running in less than 4 hours. These guys were efficient, friendly, and answered all of my questions.

Pricing is a smidge on the higher end, but it’s still competitive, and the customer service makes it worth it. The office communicates well and is also very friendly!

Daycool team did a wonderful job on HVAC install. Friendly, down to earth staff are great and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.

These guys care about their work and it shows, I wouldn’t hesitate to give them my recommendation.

To say that we are pleased with Daycool Heating and Air is an understatement! We have been doing business with this great company for years, and we have never been disappointed. We recently had our duct system replaced and the team did a fantastic job as usual. From beginning to end, they were professional, courteous, and respectful. They even made sure that our home was clean when they left. We trust them because they have never been pushy, the prices are very fair ( you get what you pay for) and they have never tried to sell us anything we didn’t need. Mr. Day is building his company the right way. Custom service is the best we’ve ever had with a service company. Even the office staff is friendly when we call. Estes Heating and AC did a great job!

Dillon was the technician that came to my house for an inspection and cleaning of my units. He was on time, and communicated when he would arrive prior to arrival. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave me an in depth assessment on the status of my units. He made recommendations on repairs that needed to be done, as well as what the best options were for us due to the age of our current system. At the time of the service, I received a quote for the work that was needed to my system. Dillon definitely went above and beyond explaining what was working well and what wasn’t in our system. He was also very sweet to my dog!
