Each Estes representative arrived at the scheduled time, was exceptionally polite, and took care to not leave any evidence of the installation of the inside or the outside work. Scheduling appointments within 1 - 2 hours is such a delightful change from cable companies' 4 - 5 hour blocks.

The Estes sales agent was quite responsive to email questions and provided the purchase agreement via email. The office representatives have been helpful and provided a delightful response to any questions.

Most importantly, the new heat pump has kept the inside of my house at a comfortable temperature during the hottest days in the summer & for the 20-degree nights. It has also greatly lowered the power bill.

The personnel and the products of Estes are highly recommended.

Estes Heating & Air has been my “go to” company for quite a few years. I have always been impressed with their professionalism, their timely response in addressing my issues, and, most of all, the quality of their technicians. Keith was my most recent technician, and his quality of service and the attention directed to solve the issue was very thorough. He was extremely knowledgeable and was kind enough to answer my many questions! I highly recommend this company for any of your AC/Heating needs!

UPDATE: In the last 2 weeks I feel as though I've seen most of the Technicians who work for this great company! All of them are just awesome! Jimmy Warren is my favorite! Lol!!! He has always gone the extra mile to help solve any issue I might have! After his inspection yesterday, it was determined that I needed a new system! Today Roman and Devon installed my new system in less than 6 hours! I later had a small issue and Joey made a quick stop and solved the problem in about 15 minutes! All of these employees are so courteous and patient with answering my many questions! I really appreciate the great service provided by Estes!

I had a great experience with Estes Heating & Air Conditioning! Jason came out very promptly to conduct a very thorough inspection of my unit, then within about an hour of talking to him about what unit I decided to go with, Roman and Justin T. were at my home installing my unit. I was so thankful for them and their professionalism, quick response time, and friendly service to replace my whole unit in the heat!

Shawn is our 4th of July Eve Hero!! He showed just how knowledgeable he is when he walked us through a little self-fix issue one night before a major holiday. Keith came to my house early on Jan. 14th. 2025 and was very professional & knowledgeable. He exhibited excellent customer service care and communicated clearly and effectively. I felt at ease with Keith as he summarized his inspection finding with me. You are very fortunate to have this man representing Estes Heating & Air.

My tech, Jason was awesome today. My A/C stopped cutting on at 1am this morning so I needed someone out here asap!! I called the main office at 8am and they sent Jason out early today (10am). He fixed my problem and had my A/C up and running in NO time! It doesn’t get any better than that!! Thanks so much Jason and Estes Heating and Air.

Chaz , Devon , Seth and Joey was very professional in installing our my central air and heating systems. They even recognize that my ducts were outdated and molded. So they came back the next day with second crew and installed the ductwork. From the receptionist Carolyn to the Salesman Bryan we are very thankful my cousin Shirley recommended Estes. We are very pleased.

Preston and Devon came out today to redo all of our ductwork, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Devon communicated clearly from the start, letting me know there was a chance the job might take more than one day, but they finished it all in just one. With my partner out of town on business, I was home alone, and I felt completely comfortable having them here. which says a lot, because that’s not always the case for me. They were fast, professional, and respectful from start to finish. Highly recommend Etses HVAC and these two guys in particular!

Jimmy Warren came out to do yearly maintenance on my HVAC UNIT. Jimmy went over all work He preformed and took care of any problems. Great work and very satisfied with Jimmy's knowledge of A/C unit. I highly recommend Estes Heating & Air Conditioning. It's nice to see a Company and Staff you can trust nowadays.

My recent experience with Estes was excellent! had a problem with one of my units and called asking for quick help with it. I spoke with Tammy as I have in the past, she is exceptional. She was able to get someone out quickly. Jimmy, the technician, was outstanding. Like Tammy, he was professional, customer focused, friendly and efficient. I was up and running within a half hour.

Gary & Roman are fantastic. They came & removed an a/c unit in the very hot attic Tuesday July 1, 2025 & installed a new a/c all in one day. Very professional & polite & answered every question I had thoroughly & explained the new thermostat. Very careful in the house, laid down floor coverings & afterwards vacuumed what little was needed. They stayed until the new unit started cooling like it should. I feel very fortunate to have had such friendly & professional young men do this work in my home. If you feel nervous about having someone do such a big job for you I highly recommend Gary & Roman. Also the office staff at Estes was very good scheduling this for me. 2nd Review- Gary & Roman came back Weds 7/2 to install insulation. They work together so efficiently. I had another company coming didn't contact us didn't know if they were coming. Called Estes and cancel other service within 10 min tech Shane called to tell me when he would arrive. He came went to work less then 45 min air was back on. Great service and prices.

Still an outstanding H/A service company. I have been using Estes for about 22 years. I just recently had a service call for a system alarm. The tech clearly explained the issue causing the alarm. The failed component was replaced under warranty. I think their prices for service is reasonable. Every Tech has been very knowledgable. I get regular semi-annual maintenance which I believe has contributed to my Heat Pump lasting so long. I highly recommend Estes.
