Doug Cordelle is the reason we are customers of Grayson and I am so glad that we upgraded our system with them. He is very knowledgeable about what is needed and makes sure that we keep our maintenance on schedule for our AC unit. I recommend Grayson for all of your air conditioner needs!!!

Thank you Matthew, Brad, Ethan & Casey!!!! Another great experience with Graysons air conditioning!!! They put in a new unit for me in May and came out today and put in all new duct work. Even though it was 120° up in the attic they didn't complain. Just did the worked, cleaned up after themselves and completed everything in a day. I can't say enough about these guys. I will always request Matthew for all my ac work, he is exceptional!!!!!!!

Grayson’s did a great job installing a new Carrier 5 ton heat pump to replace my 13 year old AC/Furnace. The installers (Chris G., Dustin P., Brad B., Daniel B., Austin H., and Mason S.) were all very professional and installed the system in one day. Also Ben Howell answered all my questions and gave me the lowest estimate for the work. Will definitely use Grayson again, but hopefully I won’t need to for quite a while.

Dustin and Chris G. Both did an outstanding job. Showed up on time when they said they would, were very professional, looked professional, and got us back in working order asap! Highly recommend these guys and Grayson as a company!

We recently purchased a home and called Grayson's for an estimate to install a whole home generator. They sent Lantz Waters out within 24 hours. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is great to work with a company that still values customer service.

First Peter Grayson considered my health issues so he prompted installation of the same unit today! Thank you Peter! Tracy, Operations Manager, went way and beyond explaining everything to meet my financial needs. As usual when I contact Grayson with air conditioning problem, the service was prompt and efficient. Doug and Byron did an excellent job diagnosing a bad module on the indoor fan motor and completing my scheduled maintenance all in the same visit. This efficiency was only possible because they had the required part on the truck and excellent coordination with the main office.

Byron did a thorough job cleaning the outside unit including removing the fan and cleaning the accumulated leaves out of the bottom of the unit. Although this is the proper way clean the outside unit, this step is easily skipped by employees with a lower work ethic.

Thanks again, Doug, Byron and Grayson for a job well done.

Grayson just replaced all the duct work for both my upstairs and downstairs units. They finished on schedule and did an excellent cleanup each day and after the final day. Grayson personnel included Matthew, Ethan, Brad, Casey, Christian, Brannon and Justin.

Doug came out initially to assess the issue with the system. Due to the age of the unit (18 yrs.), replacement made more sense than repair. Chris G., Dustin P, and Daniel A. came out on the scheduled date to address the replacement. All 4 gentlemen were knowledgeable, efficient, and on point. I would definitely recommend Grayson to friends and family!!

Service Tech Doug Cordell came out and did a wonderful job. He had me up and going in a matter of minutes. He was very nice and professional and made the necessary recommendations for future maintenance. He was simple outstanding and don’t think I could have had a better tech or company to come out and help relieve the heatwave that I was experiencing at my house.

Grayson Serviced my AC Unit this morning. They called when they would be here and did a fantastic job when they got here. Bryce, the young man was so polite and did his job so expertly. Mr Doug who was with him was also very professional and friendly. we would gladly recommend this company.

I am thankful for Grayson air conditioning. They sent a highly qualified and professional technician named Lantz. He was very knowledgeable and a delight to have in our home. Grayson handles our annual service check ups and it has definitely made a difference on the health of our units.

Bryce did an excellent job performing maintenance on our units. He was very professional, personable, competent and informative. He explained clearly the current and potential problems with our units. A fine young man.

The guys did a great job. Austin, Keaton, and Casey did a professional job. I have been in the construction business for 50 years and I was impressed with the installation of the new duct work in the attic. Very Good!

A team from Grayson's--Matthew, Ethan, Brad, and Casey--just replaced my vent system in the attic, and they were great! They came on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up very well after themselves, and were pleasant and easy going. The new vent system looks so much better than my old system, and I look forward to much cleaner air and lower bills.

Quick and friendly service. Bryce, TJ, Christian, and Doug were all fantastic. A+ customer service. They kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend.

If anyone is in need of ac repair or replacement I recommend Grayson's air-conditioning! They just replaced my full unit inside and outside and they did an amazing job. I called them and had everything ordered and installed the very next day they even offered to bring me window units for that day until they got my new unit installed. They were professional, fast, and did a great job cleaning everything up just like brand new. I'm very happy with everything and it was hassle free and seamless.

Grayson Air Conditioning did a great job replacing our Duct work to go with our Carrier AC unit. The technicians they sent over Matthew, Brad and Ethan were awesome! They came in and introduced themselves and got to work right away. They were finished on time and we are very cool again!! Very professional work!

Lantz did an excellent job of determining the problem with our newly installed high efficiency heat pump system that was installed by another company recently. The thermostat was not installed and programmed correctly causing the system to be constantly using auxiliary strip heat instead of the heat pump. After the weather turned cold last month we received a light bill of almost $400 dollars because the installation done by the other company was not done correctly. Lantz did a through check of the entire system, diagnosed and fixed the problem without a need for any replacement parts. We regret now we didn't choose Greyson to initially install the Carrier system. We would have had no problems if we had.
