Estes provides professional service with a dedicated staff. We had a difficult and tricky short in our LV side. They worked every angle and continued until the problem was isolated. In fact, they ended up giving us a rebate. The management is great, the service pros are great and their call-in folks are also great! Way to go Estes! Highly recommend Estes for your HVAC needs.

Trevor came out and did a maintenance check on our home unit and found no issues. He help us reset our wifi thermostat and it works great.
Trevor was very knowledgeable and professional, we enjoyed meeting such a fine young man and he is an asset to his company.

Estes heating and air have been servicing our systems in Seneca for over 5 years. They are always prompt and communicate extremely well. You can tell the most about a business in how they respond when something doesn’t go well, especially when out of their control. I have had two different parts fail on a unit they installed 4 years ago. (They do not manufacturer the units.) Parts are covered under warranty, but labor is not. The technician recognized that this was concerning to me to have to pay for the labor for a second repair. He elevated the concern to the service manager and owner. They reached out and responded in such a way that I was very pleased. Great job Estes Heating and Air!!

Keaton, TJ and Christian just left our house after installing a new inside system. Our AC went out. We called this morning. Someone was here within a couple of hours. We pretty much knew what we needed and it was confirmed. They had a new unit, picked it up, returned and installed it all today. We had recently had a house fire and had new floors, paint, etc. They put down tarps, took great care and when all was said and done left it spotless. But…. The important part, they left us with a beautifully functioning system, that has us cool as a cucumber. Highly recommend Grayson for fast and quality service.

As I am a new customer, this was my first service call under the maintenance contract. Prior to his arrival, I received a text from Grayson which provided information about my service technician, Scott Hopkins and his experience in HVAC. Scott was very professional and personable. He took time to answer my questions, and explained the recommendations that he made. I am VERY glad that I chose Grayson!

From our first contact with Lantz Waters, who walked us through each step of a home generator installation to Ben Howell who conducted a final inspection of the installed generator and tested it. We were kept updated throughout the process and all employees were respectful and friendly. I highly recommend Grayson.

We had Grayson Heating and Air replace our furnace, and Mason, Austin, and Joey did an excellent job. They were polite, respectful, and very intentional about not making a mess, cleaning up thoroughly afterward. They were also patient and considerate when we needed to get past them in the hallway. We really appreciated their professionalism and would recommend them to anyone needing heating and air service.

I had been kicking the can to replace my HVAC for a couple years. Grayson was very easy to work with in getting estimates and deciding on the unit to go with. Chris G, Dustin P, and team did a great job of installing the new unit, on time, and leaving everything clean.

Allen C. assessed the issues with our HVAC and explained the options for repair and replacement in detail. He also provided several options for replacement that centered around our budget and preferred heating type. He was able to get us scheduled for install the following week on dates that fit our schedule.
Matthew G., Logan W., and a third technician (that did all the outside work for the install) were prompt, courteous, and polite during our multi-day install (HVAC and duct replacement). We received a phone call before arrival notifying us they were on the way. And they let us know when they were going to break for lunch, when they were finished for the day, and when they were going to return the next day. We had lots of questions and they always took the time to answer them. Brandt also assisted the others with removing the old duct swiftly and with minimal mess.
The phone staff was always polite and courteous as well. We will be sure to continue to use Grayson Air Conditional to keep our new system in premium operating condition.

The Grayson team did a complete AC / Heat replacement. They were very professional and accommodating. In particular We'd like to specifically like to thank the team; Doug C, Chris G, Dustin P, T.J., and Daniel A. Their expertise and professionalism showed great credit for Grayson. Thanks Guys.

Everyone has been very pleasant to deal with. Lantz was our technician and he was exceptional. He was very thorough with the process and took the time to explain issues and answer questions in a very courteous manner.

This was our third major project with Grayson, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. We have a historic home that's tough to cool, and they did an excellent job replacing all of our ductwork.

Thanks, guys! Justin H., Brannon K., Clay D., & Casey did a great job replacing 1970's vents with minimal impact on our lives. It was 2 days of work across the coldest night so far this season. They are all great and cleaned up behind themselves and gave me pictures of the work in my attic.

There’s a reason Grayson is so highly recommended and has such great reviews. I don’t remember ever doing business with a company that is so on top of their game and professional.
They replaced my whole hvac system and the crew Bryce, Brad, Pruete, TJ, Keaton, and Gabe were all well trained and worked together well. I’m not one to keep track of names, but I made it a point to find out so I could give these guys kudos. They are like a well oiled machine. From putting down tarps on the floor so they don’t scratch them to bringing their own trash bins and toting off every bit of debris. I cannot recommend Grayson enough. They are coming back in a couple of months to redo all of my ductwork and I’ll be getting a standby generator from them in the future. Thank you guys!
