Everytime they have been here checking our system has been great.
Had a problem with the fan and they fixed it quickly.
Always on time with friendly & professional service men.
We are pleased with our system and happy with Estes.

We have used Estes for over 12years. They are always on time (or call if delayed), always fix the problem and are very knowledgeable. We highly recommend them. Roman and Justin P. Today this team did a complete changeout of both the air handler & condenser/compressor. Entire job was completed in a highly efficient, professional manner. Great technical knowledge & customer service. They departed with the new unit running smoothly & everything cleaned up.

Estes is very fortunate to have a technician like Keith Morris. He completed my service in a very professional manner and provided me the maintenance tips so that I can ensure my system stays efficient as long as possible. Thanks to Keith and Estes from a very satisfied customer.

There was a leak in my unit’s coil. Jason arrived on time and was professional and very personable. He explained what he would be doing to replace the coil, completed the work and cleaned the area perfectly. I was extremely impressed with Jason from the moment he arrived throughout the entire repair/install process. He kept me updated on his progress and advised me of any follow up required. He is most definitely one of the best techs I’ve had the experience of dealing with. I’m very appreciative of Jason’s great work.

Estes came for AC maintenance. TREVOR came out. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Best service anyone could want. This guy was thorough and made sure everything was working correctly. Plus, he was a nice guy to talk to. And he did it with a smile on his face. Thank You Trevor and Estes.

Thank you Jason. You have earned 5 stars plus in my opinion. Jason was professional, knowledgeable and a very polite. He diagnosed, explained and had my AC unit fixed and cooling my home in no time. Thank you Estes Heating and Air for sending Jason to the rescue. He has excellent customer service skills as well as superb quality job service skills.

Have used Estes for over twenty years and based upon their superior service provided over the years, when it came time to replace my old system there was no question that Estes would be my choice. The sales associate was thorough and professional and did not try to up sell or push accessories that I clearly had no need for and did not want. The Estes technicians who installed the systems (Mitchell and David) were most professional, proficient and expedient getting the job done, and then once completed Mitchell was thorough and most patient explaining the operation of the new system. And, I should mention they cleaned the area they were working leaving it actually better than how they found it. Salute to a job well done. Another satisfied customer.

This company did a great job. Called this morning and they were out a few hours later. Laura in the office was nice and responsive. She kept me updated the whole time. Doug was the tech and he did a great job getting my air fixed. He was professional and you can tell he loves his job. Very nice people.

We had an HVAC issue and Roman and Justin P. came out within a few hours of calling Estes. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Being new to the area (and the south) they educated us on how to maintain our equipment and quickly fixed our problem. Highly recommend them.

They did not show during the 4 hour windows , 8am ro 12 noon. I had stayed home by the front door the entire time. At 12:15 I called another company an they arrived at my house promptly and did a great job and made $700. No I do not reccomend Estes.

Jason did a great job. He went above and beyond to explain everything so we understood what he was doing and how it worked with our Heat and air system. No gimmicks just facts. Can’t thank him enough. I will call and ask for him every time at Estes Heating &Air

Update: I had another AC unit go out. The Estes team (especially Roman and his colleague) were awesome on the install. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any AC/update…

Jimmy just came and did some warranties repair work and was great. Showed up time and took care of the problem quickly.

I just had a residential system replaced by Estes. From the technician (Jeff) who came to diagnose the problem, to the install team (Roman and Devon), everyone was great! I'd HIGHLY recommend using for any HVAC needs.

Estes is firing on all cylinders in my eyes. This was my second time using them this week. We had a unit froze at our business. Jared M was the specialist sent out to help us. This guy,
like Keith, was top notch. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a great representative for this company. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got the sort in, and had us up and running quickly. I really appreciated all that he did. Thank you Jared.

Estes Heating & Air installed our new 4 ton Bryant AC/Heat pump on 4-3-2024. We are very satisfied with the new equipment, it runs extremely quite and we hope that it's very efficient. Roman and Devon the installers, showed up at exactly 9AM, the scheduled time. They were very professional and knowledgeable of their craft. They cleaned up the worksite and I was impressed with how fast they installed our new unit. Our old unit from Estes Heating & Air was installed in (1999), amazingly our AC/Heat pump lasted 25 years and we were blessed to have it last so long.
I have been a Estes customer for over 25 years and their employees and installers like Roman and Devon are the reason why.

My air conditioning went on the fritz last week, and for those of you in the area, you KNOW in our summer heat that can create chaos in the home. I called Estes for help. They were able to send a Comfort Specialist who was able to rectify the problem and have my air back on the same day. That Comfort Specialist was Jimmy Warren. I was unable to meet him, but my father was. Mr. Warren was thorough and quick. He answered all my father's questions and sent me an extremely detailed description of what was done to fix the problem. I highly recommend Estes and Mr. Warren for any and all air conditioning issues!

I had my AC serviced several months ago, but came home to water dripping out of my unit this week. Jimmy came over and took time to assess the issue, clean out the drains, and search for the overall origin of the problem. I am currently going through medical treatments and he was very patient and respectful towards me. He made sure I understood my options and could make an informed decision. I appreciate his kindness and importantly - my AC is working great!
