The quality and care the installers for my new Heater/AC were amazing! They were thorough with their work and made sure everything was done the right way. The house gave them a few unexpected problems but they made sure to correct them and didn’t leave until late into the night to make sure I had my heat since we had a freeze the next morning. Happy to do business with them again!

I had an amazing experience with Darryl from Hembree Heating & Air. His service was professional, friendly, and right on time. He made everything simple and stress-free, and I really appreciated how thorough and respectful he was throughout the entire visit. Overall, just a genuinely great experience. Darryl was our technician today to do maintenance on our unit. So nice and timely. Poor guy didn't even get bothered by my dad's old and blind dog that barked the ENTIRE time. Lol
Great company and service

Tristin and Jason were absolutely fantastic. Polite, courteous and very professional. They took extreme care to not bump walls, track in dirt or anything that is unfortunately common with folks doing work in your house today. Guys are a huge asset to Don Hembree!!!

All personnel were very professional. Marshall offered several alternatives for a replacement unit and was very accommodating on my choice of options. Gianna was very helpful in setting up the financing. Triston and Taten the technicians were very professional, friendly and prompt. They finished the installation of the new unit and the additional duct work in one and a half days. They kept the work area was organized and clean-up at the end of the job was great. David, the install manager, was very professional and detailed in his follow-up inspection. We are very pleased with the unit operation. I would highly recommend Hembree.

It is rare today to find a service company that allows the customer to "push the Easy button." From the initial conversations with Jordan and his expertise in explaining the products and process involved with the installation of a new HVAC system, we knew that Hembree was the right fit for us. The professionalism of the installation team (Triston and Tate) was so much appreciated - the attention to detail, the quality of work, and the clean up. Except for the new equipment, we couldn't even tell that anyone had been to our house. During the follow-up with Jordan, he explained (with photos) everything that had been done and made sure we were satisfied. Thank you Hembree for your excellent service.

David, Triston, and Taten did an amazing job for our heat pump change out. Installation was fairly quick. Went the extra mile and built up the foundation where our unit sits to reduce erosion. We are very pleased with the services Hembree offered.

TLDR:
I highly recommend using Hembree Heat & Air (local company that has been in business for 30+ years) because they are honest, knowledgeable, and professional. They are fairly and competitively priced when compared to other companies, have superior warranty coverage (Refrigerant included!), and will go the extra mile to make sure you are 1000% happy and satisfied with the work done. I highly recommend asking for Marshall!

I highly recommend using Hembree Heat & Cooling because they are a local company here in Mobile that has been in business for 30+ years. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I had to replace my entire a/c unit at my home and was not looking forward to the expensive purchase, but Marshall has been nothing short of amazing from the beginning to the end of the process. He was very transparent and provided me great advice when he came over to do the free estimate and gave me a list of units to pick from. (They were a few thousand dollars cheaper and had the best warranty coverage from the many companies I called) The best part is that Marshall was very honest and did not try to pressure or push a sale of a more expensive unit that would not provide any additional benefit in terms of cost savings for the size of my home. What sets Hembree apart and above in their line of business is that Marshall wants to make sure that the customer is 100% happy and satisfied with the work done and will do everything to fix any issues that I was not happy about to ensure customer satisfaction. I want to personally thank Marshall, David and his team for the amazing customer service and getting our new a/c unit installed!

After maintaining an old ac/heat unit for almost 20 years, it finally was time to replace. I got quotes from several different companies, most if not all were very good too, but the precision, transparency and overall quality of the conversation I had with Wesley when he came out to give me a quote really cinched it. He noticed the dust and mold accumulating from my super old unit and gave me a couple of options to clean the ducts as well, which I’m super glad I did! Shelby, in the office, was so friendly, knowledgeable and diligent when helping me get the financing done and Michael, Matt, Hunter and Tre came in and went right to work yesterday and now I’m back in my comfort zone! Daycool was recommended to me by a friend and I will gladly pass along that recommendation as well!

Drake and Cody did amazing on not only servicing my unit but also explaining how to take care of monthly maintenance. They were very thorough and had everything for future plans already documented and ready to be viewed as far as quotes and what needed to be done. 10/10

Daycool came to our rescue again, fixing more issues that Hansen's Supertechs didn't do right. They are a great company and stand behind their work. If you need a hvac service, ductwork or new install, these are the guys to call. I wish we had called them for new install instead of Hansen's Superhacks. They do their job and do it right.

Called DayCool because our air conditioning wasn’t working. They said a tech would be here between 3 and 5. Fifteen minutes after my call (which was about 2) my technician was on his way. His name is Wesley. He investigated and found the problem and got it working and tomorrow a new air handler will be installed. He took his time to explain everything to us so that we could understand it.

3 years ago we had an outside unit installed and the technician said in about 3 years your inside unit will need replacing.
He was right.

I’ve been extremely happy with Daycool’s responsiveness, quality of work, professionalism, and pricing. My technician, Mike Dixon, was very helpful in answering all of my questions and making recommendations. He arrived early, had great communication before, during, and after the service, and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. This is a tightly run operation and it shows. A++!

Ronnie and his tech arrived on time. Both were very personable, professional, and were very knowledgeable in what they do. My house smells fresh and feels so much better after they cleaned the ducts/vents. They cleaned up any dust or particles that the machine missed and made sure to keep me informed on what they were about to do in case it was a little loud due to me working from home. I highly recommend Daycool! They will take great care of you!

Michael & his Team were punctual, clean, knowledgeable & successfully completed the installation within a timely manner. They left the area completely clean & took the time to explain everything in detail. Will definitely recommend Daycool. Michael came today to install a new metal grill on my door & put a new filter. As the other day Michael arrived on time. Was courteous, clean & professional. He had the job completed in 10 minutes. I definitely recommend Daycool & their staff.

Daycool has always been my go to for my HVAC needs. The preventative maintenance done on my system today was very professional as the tech Michael explained everything he was doing and how sufficient the system was operating. Michael is definitely a people person and his expertise of his craft stood out. I would definitely recommend Daycool to anyone.

Daycool saved me, not once but twice. My AC went out during 100 degree weather and they were here the very next day. The tech was able to get it working within an hour. I cannot recommend them enough. I now have the regular maintenance plan and could not be happier.

The professionalism & knowledge of our technician, Drake, was beyond 5 star Service. He was very thorough with pictures & explanations , answered all of our questions & just did an exceptional job. Day Cool has a 5 star employee in this young man.

We’ve used Daycool for a couple of years now. They are dependable, courteous, and prompt. Drake is the service tech that usually comes out. Today Wesley was the tech that performed our routine maintenance call. He answered all my questions and was incredibly polite. All in all, it was another positive experience.

Amazed by the efficiency, technical advances, and quick clear communication of DayCool. Michael was friendly, thorough with options and answered all of our questions.
