Hunter and Jordan came to our home this morning for A/C issues.
Climate Control sold us our unit several years back. Our granddaughter has a skin issue and requires constant A/C, so her skin doesn't peel.
These two employees were fast and reliable. They fixed our problem in under 30 minutes. I am so thankful for our A/C and all the associates at Climate Control.
For myself and my family, this company is the BEST in town.

My aunt has a standing relationship with Climate Control so when my AC went out yesterday I called her for help. Climate Control came out to my house on the weekend (they made sure I understood the cost upfront). Chandler called when he was on his way. Very polite and knowledgeable. Was super friendly towards me, my kids, and pets! Not only did he fix our capacitor but he then took extra steps to ensure it was running correctly and to what capacity. He then provided me with all my payment options and made sure to answer all my questions about the process.

15/10 stars.

I had two heat pumps replaced with their top-of-the line Lennox Signature models. These guys gave me a price that couldn’t be beat by anyone and went above-and-beyond with everything. They even drove all the way to NOLA and back in the same day using their personal truck to get my heat pump when it wasn’t delivered by the manufacturer. Price, professionalism, quality of service, everything was 10/10. Thank you David, Steve, Christian, Jonathan, and Andrew for all you did this past week. Highly recommend everyone in Mobile give these guys the first call when choosing an HVAC contractor.

We have used Climate Control to service our HVAC system for many years. Always have had on time and professional service, and appreciate the phone reminders and texts. Don Anglin is the best!!!

We had old ducts from the 70/80’s and our AC was running 24/7 in the summer. Roman, David, Steve, and Trevor did a great job installing our new duct system and grills. They were great at explaining the plan and answering questions and concerns. They cleaned up and vacuumed well at the completion of the job. They were efficient, polite, friendly, and professional.

Jordan was very professional and did outstanding work. I have used Climate Control for many years and they have always been excellent.

Donnie is great! He is the only technician that we want taking care of our equipment. The other changes involving AI and offshore phone persons are not the way to get and keep customers. The inability to call and speak with the local office is not what we call customer service.

Climate control did what they said they were going to do. Jeff was down to the point when giving me a quote. Trevor and his dad arrived on time and installed the HVAC unit in a timely manner. I highly recommend Climate Control. Installed date June 1, 2024. Climate Control again rock the job. The first review was at my rental property. The second AC went in today ( July 8, 2024) at my personal home. I was not expecting both my units would go out a month apart but I knew who to call. Ricky came out on a Saturday and gave me a quote on a replacement. He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. On the following Monday the guys who installed the unit (David, Steve, and Jeff’s son) arrived on time, very polite, and did the job in a timely manner. They were also very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about this company. Thanks Climate Control. Definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a new central air unit.

Our hvac service technician Jordan was fantastic. She was very thorough. She explained what our problem was and what we needed to do to fix it.

Jordan and Bobby came by our house to perform our 6-month maintenance of our system. Jordan does a very thorough job of checking the heating and cooling of the system and performing any additional maintenance matters that require attention. For us, the additional maintenance involved replacing the UV bulbs which are expensive bulbs.

My technician Jordan was here to preform a maintenence today and answered all of my questions she found a couple of issues that I decided to fix today to prevent any issues in the future. She is a good technician and I would like for her to come back on future visits.

I am bad with names but Dave and his joyful friend were a huge joy to work with today. I was impressed with both there attitudes and just a Blessing to be around. Informative every step and very clean.. No mess not even wire tape on the ground or in my house. Top notch installers and would recommend Climate Control any time.. Not to forget Jeff the Sales gentleman, Once again very good knowledgeable and kind personality. Jordan has been out twice now and she is one outstanding person. Professional and personal level down to earth mom, that’s been on time every time

Jordan Buckles arrived on time and was so friendly and nice! You can tell that she enjoys her job and helping people. She was great at communicating what she would be doing during the visit and was nice enough to talk to me about the company she works for since my fiancé will be looking for an HVAC related job in a few months.
