Keith AC came out a couple years ago for an urgent request of AC not working. I got a maintenance agreement and have been using them quarterly for a check up which has kept my system running year round. Mr Clemons was my service tech today and what a timely and respectful individual. Always nice having service professionals that treat you like family.

Cutter Pitts was incredibly patient and helpful when he came to check her my new thermostat. He explained things very well and fixed the issue I was having. He was very kind and polite as well.

John Taylor is the best HVAC technician ever! Excellent communication from calling beforehand to let us know his estimated time of arrival as well as explaining what he was doing as he completed the winter maintenance on our HVAC system on 11/14/25. Knowledgable, personable, and trustworthy - would highly recommend John Taylor and Keith Air Conditioning!

Daniel, my recent routine maintenance technician, was well trained and extremely thorough, taking extra time to clean compressor units, drain lines and generator. Very pleased!

We had a problem on a Saturday night / Sunday morning and Keith Air came to the rescue. I promptly received a call from John Taylor, and within an hour he was at our home diagnosing the issue. Very quickly, he figured out what was causing the issue, repaired it, and we were in great shape. Throughout the process, John was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Gary went above and beyond what I expected. I needed my air filter replaced in the ceiling and I can no longer do it myself. He did it for me without any problems. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend Keith air to anyone I know. Definitely a Blessing to deal with!

I highly recommend using Keith Air. John came out promptly to evaluate new system needed and answered all of our questions and concerns. Wyatt and Brayden were very pleasant to have in our home for the install. They were courteous and very on task. They did a great job with clean up before they left. Maria was very efficient with keeping us informed on the dates and who would be showing up when and what time. Great experience. Jason, Brayden, Erik, and Dylan did a great job installing our new HVAC system. Nice guys and quite professional. Keith AC has serviced our needs for over 20 years. Everyone who has been In our home with Keith have been terrific.

We have a home maintenance contract for twice yearly servicing to keep our /AC heat pump in good working order. One of the Keith service technicians, Cutter Pitts, came by yesterday. We were impressed by his thoroughness and his professional skills at assessing potential issues, not to mention his friendly attitude and his ability to explain and show pictures of what he found during the servicing. Our heat pump is not a new unit so understanding the signs of wear and tear that he found was really helpful and trusted information.

The Keith Air Conditioning team that came out to my office was wonderful. Erik and Dylan H. were professional, friendly, and hard working. They were careful and respectful when moving furniture around to access places in the ceiling and very quick to put a space back together. Great job and thank you.

John Taylor our air conditioning service tech did his routine service call today. He was pleasant and kept us informed of what he was doing and gave a full explanation of what he saw and accomplished during his visit. Great to feel comfortable with what was done to keep our A/C and heating running without issues.

Keith AC called me to schedule my regular maintenance and the tech (Cutter) they sent was incredible. He went above and beyond on every aspect of the service, explained what was working and where I couuld take better care of the system myself. He reconfigured settings to make sure the system operated at peak efficiency without even asking.

Marcellous Clemons did an incredible job on our routine maintenance. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to explain the current status of our unit and what to look for if we run in to any issues. We have had an excellent experience with Keith in general, but Marcellous took it to the next level of customer service. Highly recommend!

The unit was not Installed properl . I have spent thousands of dollars in repair. Do yourself a favor do not use this company.
