Easy Heating & cooling save me and my family. I arrived home after 6p and my home a blazing 86 degrees. I called and the rep whom answered the phone was very friendly and patient with me. I knew my call was late but I appreciate the staff coming after hours and willing to solve the issue. The gentleman was very nice, well spoken and knowledgeable. The form of payment was hassle-free and the price was satisfactory. I thank them so much for coming after hours, late hours, to help me and my family. I will recommend them to anyone. Five star.

Excellent customer service. I called several companies last night and they all went to voicemail or an answering service. I remembered the Studio 10 segment about the company and reached out at 5:30am. Mr. Enoch answered on the first ring and promised to be out within an hour. He repaired my heater and didn't try to push additional services on me like companies that I've previously used. He's very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable.

Very professional!! Easy heating and cooling was a problem solver for Me and My husband after 6 months without heat or air it was a struggle to function. We tried so many other companies it was problem after problem. My husband call me one day at work and said try this company our Electrician told him to try them. I started praying asking the Lord let this company be the one because we lost so much money with the other companies and unit was still broke. I sincerely don't no where to start. When I called the person was very professional. My air had stopped working during the night and I knew I couldn't go without it since it's been over 100 degrees everyday. She scheduled me for a same day appointment. Once my workorder had been place, we hung up and I received an email and text confirming the time and where the technician would arrive. It was storming and raining so I was afraid he wouldn't show but he did. He was really nice. I would definitely recommend EASY HEATING. I think this is a family owned business. Instead of calling Hansen try EASY HEATING. Paying was super easy too. They accept cash, check, credit card or even cashapp which just about everyone has. And right after he left I received my invoice detailing everything. Again awesome service!!

Easy heating &air I call he came I thought my home was about to flood again. My hot water heater was running water over on to my floor. I was in a panic Enoch Smith came and recused me.
