Hands-down the best heating and air tech we’ve ever had in the Mobile, AL area. Thank you Brian! We’ve been so frustrated with other companies not fixing the problem. Brian was so diligent with troubleshooting and was able to get everything figured out for us. Turned out we needed to have our heater grounded. I had my HVAC system replaced last year and these guys installed a new RUUD AC and Furnace. Its been 1 year since the install and it has been working great!!! The guys that installed it were very professional and it only took about half a day to install. I received quotes from a handful of HVAC companies and I chose these guys because they have got some good reviews and they were reasonably priced compared to the other guys. I am happy with my decision and would highly recommend BRUNSON if you are looking for a new HVAC system.

I have been knowing the owner for more than ten years now. David installed my units brand new and has serviced them ever since. I had an evaporator coil go out a couple of weeks ago; they ordered the parts and just yesterday the guys came out and installed them. Great company, great guys, fair pricing. Kendra in the office is great also.

Had this company out to check on our AC/Heating Unit. It is quite old. My experience has been companies trying to pressure me to replace an older unit. This company did not try to upsell anything. Gave me some tips on how to extend the life, and things to be aware of. Highly recommend Brunson.

Had a new AC unit installed by them and it's been working fantastic. I recently had a home inspection and my upstairs unit which is older needed some float switches installed. They were in my neighborhood a few houses down from me and Mr. Brunson was able to swing by and take a look at what I needed and put me on the schedule. They're great guys, highly recommended.

Got a new heat pump from Brunson a month ago and it was a great experience. Customer service was excellent! I would call CeeCee often with questions and she was very helpful and kind every time. They were quick and thorough with the install and stayed with me for awhile after to explain the system and answer all my questions. The system has been working great! I would highly recommend.

I have carried a Home Maintenance Warranty for years with the idea that my aging HVAC one day might fail. This would leave me with the cost of a new system that I could not afford. I was having my 19 year old system repaired by the warranty company that took almost two months to achieve and while they were working on my unit I called the original installer (Climate Control) to inquire about the option of replacing my air scrubber. I spoke to Justin and he had an appraiser call and came to my house at the same time as the repair man was replacing my air handlers motor. When I asked about the possibility of replacing the unit he described the cost of their program. was so surprised that I jumped aboard and my install date was the very next morning. The install team (Christian and Dave) arrived when they were expected and immediately set to work. They were professional and knowledgeable about their job. It turned out that Dave had installed the existing unit in 2005. They completed the install in the estimated time frame and explained the units functions and warranty. Needless to say I am very pleased. So beware of the Home Shield trap because you will be wasting your money. I also give permission if you would like to have further affirmation for Climate Control to divulge my contact information. I will add that my statements are not solicited or compensated I am merely an extremely satisfied customer.

Christian Summersell and his helpful coworker are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the product (electrostatic filters). He took the time to make sure we got the right information and was patient in explaining and demonstrating what we needed to do.

Stella came for our homes 6 mos service check today. She is a lovely young lady, very well informed, respectful and through.

I have used Climate Control for many years and will continue to use them. My A/C unit went haywire last week on 5/23. I had a new washer and dryer delivered and the doors were opened for some time. The house failed to cool down. I called Climate Control and they were there within a hour and got me up and running. I needed some new electronic components which they ordered and installed today. Shawn Ikner was the Tech and did a professional job and explained everything he did.

Jordan did a great job repairing my ductwork. Very respectful and nice, she showed before and after photos of what she had done.

Very pleased with the whole team that came out. Initially Donnie and Jeff came to check on a condenser motor problem but also found potential problem in the evaporator coil inside. As it was an older unit we decided to replacement the system. Donnie put in a capacitor to help us limp through Easter w/e. James and Christian showed up Monday morning, on time and prepared, installed the new unit in a couple hours, explained what they'd done and provided photographs of connections, gauges, etc...
