We were having our Fall HVAC system review and their technician, AJ Baker, conducted a very thorough inspection of our system. An issue was identified and will be addressed, which was very good. We’ll need heat in February! Excellent communication on the details of the repair.

Wow! This company rocks! I took a chance and called them from an Google search and they came out immediately and diagnosed my issues. The gentlemen left to retrieve items from their work van and immediately returned & fixed the problem. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood the process. Preston HILL serviced our ac, he was professional, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable, he went out of his way to make sure we understood all he had done, including the thermostat controls. We will be requesting Preston in the future. Highly recommend captain cool cooling and heating. They were formally know as Anchor Air, we used for years, Captain Cool is carrying on the same great service.

Zachary was very helpful and informative. He gave me tips on how to keep AC running smooth and details on what precautions need to be taken both inside and outside the house. I've delt with AC people in the past and they made me feel like I was being taken for a ride, but Zachary made me feel like I was talking to someone who cares.
