Wyatt was very professional and kept me informed as he diagnosed the issue involving our generator.

Outstanding service! Received confirmation of everything via email, including a reminder the morning of our service appointment that contained a photo of the technician that would be doing the work and a link to track him so we'd know when he would arrive. Bradley was nice and courteous and took the time to explain any issues, concerns, or parts that would need to be replaced. He seemed to really know what he was doing. I also love that he took the time to put on boot covers every time he entered the house and removed them when exiting to keep from tracking in any dirt.

max was on time ,friendly and thorough .great job.l highly recommend him.😊

I'm always happy to see Ron is on the job. He has been our "go to guy" on a few service projects. Always very satisfied with Ron and his knowledge with what he's working on for us. Batchelor is a great service company. Use them.

Great service! Plumber was knowledgeable, replaced my leaking bathroom faucet in no time and was a great guy. He also fixed my leaking faucet on the back porch as well. I recommend Batchelor's plumbing services.

I placed a service call before official office hours. A real person answered the phone and assisted me. I received a call back and the service was scheduled for the same day in an expeditious manner.

Don did an excellent job of explaining the issue and what would be needed to address the issue. He had to leave to get a replacement part. He still completed the job quickly and efficiently.

I recommend Batchelors for #preventive maintenance contracts, #service calls and #Emergency HVAC needs.

He took pictures of the affected area, provided feedback on what needed to be done to fix the problem. He fixed the issue so fast, when he showed me what he replaced, I thought he was showing me what he was replacing. I was simply amazed.
The notification text prior to arrival with picture and background information is exceptional. I hope more companies will incorporate this feature.
Pricing was more than reasonable!

This is review is in addition to previous services provided. The response time is impeccable. The technician (April) listened as I explained the issue ( a water leak) She then accessed the area and provided expert feedback, path forward, and timeline for alternate actions. The paths forward eased any concerns I had at the time. That was greatly appreciated.

Exceptional work. Jonathon (the technician)was polite. He worked extremely quietly and quickly. He wore booties over his shoes (no grass, dirt or debris was brought in the house)which was greatly appreciated.

He really went above and beyond with his professionalism and service.

He inspected and replaced the a/c filter and provided recommendations on replacing the Not a generic recommendation but a recommendation based on the information I provided.

He also recommended the capacitor be replaced. He replaced it the same visit.

What I liked is that he provided the working status of the capacitor and the optimal specs at which it should work. Jonathon then gave me the option replace it not. He also replaced the insulation around the pipes.

He notified me of everything that required maintenance or repair and showed me everything he worked on.

Also, he completed maintenance on the outside unit and cleaned it thoroughly.

The company called and provided a reminder days in advance of the service.

An actual person called not a robo reminder.

The company also provided a notification when the technician was in route.

Once again , I appreciate immensely that the company provides a picture of your technician so you are not surprised or uncertain of who they are when they arrive.

Batchelor’s continues to provide excellent, professional and punctual service.

Which is why I use have been doing business with them for my HVAC needs for around three years and continue to use them for all my HVAC needs.

Shawn was superb! Very personable and professional. He was able to find and fix the issue with our a/c in our son’s room above the garage. Batchelor’s has a great reputation and it was confirmed once again with this service call. This is one of many reasons why we have a maintenance contract with them!

Jasmine Ireland serviced our HVAC and Generator. She always does an EXCELLENT JOB!!! Very Professional, takes her time and gets it done right and in a timely manor! She had also serviced the same thing about a year ago as well! Had the same EXCELLENT service then too!!!

April was thorough, competent, and communicated well throughout the diagnosis and repair of our HVAC system. I will be insisting she be our technician the next time our system needs attention.

Domnicke did a great job for us. He was extremely professional and really knew what he was doing. Solved all our problems quickly and courteously. We are very happy to have had him come by.

Beware the maintenance contract…they don’t maintain the unit. Then when the compressor failed, they paid for 1/2 the replacement. Not wanting to fully admit fault but when my unit failed again less than 1 year later and I called Keith Air out to see what my problem was, this is what we found. Not only was capacitor the wrong size which can kill a unit, neither of these filters had been replaced or cleaned out. Batchelors had come to my house several times between 2022-2023. There was a mess left in my attic, old parts boxes and what not left from when compressor was replaced. The cover was not put back on the inside unit in the attic. And yes I refused my service call a month or so ago because I knew they weren’t doing their job properly and they texted me saying they were sending the same technician who had been at my house, hours before compressor died in October. Are you kidding? More than one person isn’t paying attention over there. Finally, when my compressor issue happened I dealt with the most unpleasant business owner I’ve ever encountered. I wish the star rating had -5* because I’d definitely give that to this company. However if your looking for an honest AC company, I’ve found Keith Air to be quite literally a breath of fresh air.
