I recently purchased a new A/C unit from T. Bachelor and Son, and I am incredibly disappointed with my experience. Since installing the unit, I have encountered issues every 1 to 2 months, leading to over 75 service calls. Each time I reach out for help, I am hit with a $130 service fee, which feels completely unfair, especially considering I spent $8,000 on this unit.

To make matters worse, I faced a serious issue where the unit, located in my attic, began leaking and caused damage to my ceilings. A technician informed a staff member named Veronica about this damage, and to my disbelief, I overheard her instructing him not to mention it to me, as they had no intention of compensating me for the damages. This experience has left me feeling utterly ripped off and frustrated.

Overall, I would not recommend T. Bachelor and Son. Their service has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of by a company that should be providing quality products and support.

John was prompt, very knowledgeable checked my mini split over thoroughly for any leaks. He charged the unit back up and it is working like new again. Thanks so much

Service team worked diligently to fix my AC issue.

John Cunningham was an incredible technician!! He spent days at our house, trying to find the source of our problem until it was fixed. He was courteous and meticulous, and was great about keeping us updated and explaining everything along the way. We are so appreciative of how hard he worked to get our AC up and running on some hot, sunny days.

Excellent service and communication!! Appointment was made for Monday morning and Parker arrived on time and ready! He had the issue resolved quickly and had our AC unit back up and running! Highly recommend!

I can only speak to the one Technician, Steven G. He’s been to the office several times and always pinpoints the issue. I’m not sure who makes the decision what track to take to actually fix the unit (vs patching it over and over), but I feel like the solutions would come quicker if they trusted guys like Steven. I do realize the property owners pay the bills but there’s nothing like solid recommendations from the pros….Steven is one of those Pros!

We had T. Batchelor & Son come out to replumb the supply line to our furnace. The two men who came arrived with a plan and got everything up and running with very little down time on the furnace, much quicker than expected, and priced exactly as expected. T. Batchelor has serviced our hvac for years and everyone we’ve dealt with has been courteous and competent. We’re very happy.

Michael the technician was very professional and did a great job of checking both systems out. He also did a very thorough cleaning job on the outside condenser coils. Would highly recommend T Batchelor and Son for all HVAC work, I have been using them for the last 10 plus years,

I have use T. Batchelor & Son Inc for the pass 6yrs..they install my a/c unit. The sales person that came to my home to talk bout installing my unit gave me insight on how HVAC service works & how to maintain my unit. I received excellent service & friendly technician. The office staff is always friendly & courtesy especially Mrs. Veronica..she is the best. I will continue my services w/this company because they care bout thier clients
