Easy Heating & cooling save me and my family. I arrived home after 6p and my home a blazing 86 degrees. I called and the rep whom answered the phone was very friendly and patient with me. I knew my call was late but I appreciate the staff coming after hours and willing to solve the issue. The gentleman was very nice, well spoken and knowledgeable. The form of payment was hassle-free and the price was satisfactory. I thank them so much for coming after hours, late hours, to help me and my family. I will recommend them to anyone. Five star.

Excellent customer service. I called several companies last night and they all went to voicemail or an answering service. I remembered the Studio 10 segment about the company and reached out at 5:30am. Mr. Enoch answered on the first ring and promised to be out within an hour. He repaired my heater and didn't try to push additional services on me like companies that I've previously used. He's very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable.

Very professional!! Easy heating and cooling was a problem solver for Me and My husband after 6 months without heat or air it was a struggle to function. We tried so many other companies it was problem after problem. My husband call me one day at work and said try this company our Electrician told him to try them. I started praying asking the Lord let this company be the one because we lost so much money with the other companies and unit was still broke. Easy heating and cooling came in looked at our unit and told us what needed to be done they went to work we are more that Satisfied WE ARE BLESSED. Definitely will be referred 5🎖️

I sincerely don't no where to start. When I called the person was very professional. My air had stopped working during the night and I knew I couldn't go without it since it's been over 100 degrees everyday. She scheduled me for a same day appointment. Once my workorder had been place, we hung up and I received an email and text confirming the time and where the technician would arrive. It was storming and raining so I was afraid he wouldn't show but he did. He was really nice. I would definitely recommend EASY HEATING. I think this is a family owned business. Instead of calling Hansen try EASY HEATING. Paying was super easy too. They accept cash, check, credit card or even cashapp which just about everyone has. And right after he left I received my invoice detailing everything. Again awesome service!!

Easy heating &air I call he came I thought my home was about to flood again. My hot water heater was running water over on to my floor. I was in a panic Enoch Smith came and recused me. Enoch Smith, had to come out for another separate issue on a different date and again he went ABOVE AND BEYOND like his train staff to fix our problem with our system and in no time we was back to normal. I really don't want to leave a bad rating; everyone was real nice and everything. It's just that I'm exactly where I was before I called, but I have $370 less to show for it.
My A/C seemed to be not blowing as well as it seemed to at one point, so the call was made. They came out and checked the thermostat, the outside unit, and the inside unit up in the attic. I was told that what the problem seemed to be was an issue with the thermostat; it was reporting the incorrect temperature. It was suggested that I get it changed. So, reluctantly, I did. The next day, the thermostat was changed out (with the exact type of thermostat that was there before), and my pockets were $370 lighter for it. After the install, the temperature didn't immediately change, and the installer had to go, but said to give a call back if it didn't in a bit. I let the A/C blow for 3 or so hours and the new thermostat did exactly what the one before it did: It wouldn't get any lower than 77°. I called back to report the problem, and they were back out, but after this time, the issue was now duct work, an old unit, questionable construction, etc. As you might imagine, it costs a few thousand to take care of everything that needs to be taken care of.
I'm not even saying that they're wrong, it's just that I've already paid almost $400 to correct an issue, and I'm still having exactly the same issue after doing what the tech suggested.
Once again, everyone is really nice and everything, and that's cool. It's just now I'm out of $370 and have absolutely nothing to show for it, and that part isn't so cool...much like my house 😒

EDIT: (Because I can't respond to the owner) I'm not sure what you think you read, but you might want to re-read it. All I gave was facts. Your man came out, told me the Thermostat was the issue, charged me $370 to change it, then after changing it, the issue continued. Then YOU came out the next day and said that there were plenty of things wrong and it would be thousands to fix, and you could set me up with a line of credit to pay it. I didn't even mention how I was set for a time between 11am - 1pm and I got a call at 1:49p saying someone was on the way. I didn't mention that on the day when the thermostat was installed, your guys left for an hour because they didn't have the actual part; That's my fault for trying to be nice. Simply put, I got cheated out of $370, and that's a FACT. Me having to take the time to respond to your attempts to not seem like you cheated me out of $370 means I need a take a star, dropping the 2 star rating I gave, to 1.
I initially didn't want to leave a bad review, but now I do. I got late service, was incorrectly told about the cause of the issue, paid almost $400 dollars to fix the issue, the issue wasn't fixed, and then (after paying) I was told that the actual issue was the whole A/C unit and duct work needed to be redone.
It's one thing to make mistakes, but to then try and turn around say I'm lying speaks volumes about you and your company.

Easy Heating and Cooling is Phenomenal!!! The owner Enoch Smith is very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and provides excellent customer service. Definitely worth hiring for all your heating and air conditioning work!
