Wonderful experience with consumer service and technicians!! Charles and Brandon did a wonderful job replacing my front lanterns on the pillars of my house! I am still in AWE that they were able to get to me the day of calling! Pricing WAS SUPER REASONABLE!! I would recommend them any day! I’m a loyal customer now!

It was a very large job and to get it done they sent 5 guys, Each great to work with and each a great professional. I had tons of questions and they patiently walked me through everything. I know I'm leaving some out but Markis, Charles, Mickel and Hayden and the owner Randy went the extra mile. Super happy.

Doug was on time and very professional. He did not tarry he installed everything in a quick manner. He hunged my chandelier ceiling fan and installed a power surge to protect my outlets from lightning. Thanks Doug!

This is my second or third time using Trustworthy Electric, and their motto is true. They are professional, courteous, and willing to help with any electrical issue, large or small. Although prices have increased since last time of use, I think that they still do quality work for a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work.

Mickel was great. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it in the same visit. He also showed me how to change the switch/dimmer if needed. Trustworthy Electric did a good job of communicating what time someone would be at my house and Mickel was timely with his arrival. Definitely recommend!

I’ve called Trustworthy Electric several times in the past for troubleshooting electrical problems and adding new circuits. Charles was helpful scoping and estimating the work. Doug and his assistant added new RV plug and new circuits. They were friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job! The company name, cost and workmanship says it all— Trustworthy!

They installed a light fixture that would not match my others in the kitchen and then couldn’t remove it once done. Very unhappy. I basically paid $300+ for nothing but an inspection. The technician was nice.

Reliable service, very responsive to phone calls, and easy to contact. The technician who helped us was very knowledgable and professional. He did a great job on our repair and was very clear about explaining our options for all service packages.

We called Trustworthy Electric late in the afternoon and they had someone at our home the next morning. Service Representative (Sheldon) was thorough in searching for the cause of our concerns with several outlets which ran two freezers and an extra fridge that stopped working. (We are in an older home, 1884 with several additions to present time.)The electrical system was in much need of updating. We were presented with a solution and given three options to decide on. We called back later in the day and scheduled an overhaul of our very outdated and dangerous circuit box, and new lines to safely support our freezers. The workers arrived promptly the next morning. They were pleasant, efficient and conscious of cleaning the areas they worked in. They worked the entire time they were in our home with no breaks. When they finished a very tedious job, we had new lines and more powerful outlets for our freezers, new breaker boxes with replaced where needed, tidied-up wiring and a new whole house surge protector in place. We felt safer when they completed their job. We will call them for any future electrical needs and will happily recommend Trustworthy Electric.
