Unlike their local competition, an actual human answered the phone. They had an electrician onsite same day. Due to the nature of the issue they had to come back the next day to finish. The electrician and his apprentice were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Their pricing was very reasonable. 10/10. Great company and great people.

I had bought a new Home Theater System and was told by some “Geeks” that my rear speakers could not be mounted on the walls. I called Crosby and they sent Michael and Colin out. Not only did they agree to do it instantly, they did it with a smile and a great attitude. While they were here, I thought of a few more jobs for them that weren’t considered normal electrician work but they gladly helped me out. And in the process, they earned a customer for life. Called Friday , scheduled appointment for the following Tuesday , electrician Mathew and his assistant Jose showed up timely , introduced themselves and went over the entire project which consisted of electrifying a pool heater , fixing three outlets and installing a outdoor outlet . They were excellent in their explanations, jobsite cleanliness and were extremely efficient in their performance and were $400 less expensive than Trustworthy Electric that walked away from my job after I gave them a green light to perform the work and had been promised that they would complete the work the same day .
Way different experience with Crosby , should have used them from the start but now they will be the only electrical contractor I call .

Travis and his assistant arrived in a timely manner and after a brief review of the 6 outlets to be updated, they began efficiently to work. They cleaned up after themselves and left me a very satisfied customer, when I was presented by a reasonable bill for the job. I plan to have more work done in the near future and will ask for Travis as he was quite competent in dealing with my circa 1939 home's wiring.

We had a great experience with Crosby. Very reasonable cost for the work. Punctual, courteous, and got the job done quickly. We will be calling Crosby next time we need help with an electrical issue.

They came in, gave me a reasonable estimate, and did the work all in the same day. They even came in under the estimate by the time they finished. Very professional, easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs!

Just had several items on my "to do" list that needed attention. Crosby Electric sent Travis out and within 3 hours I can mark those items off my list. New front porch light, new exhaust fan in guest bathroom and check out another item. Crosby is my go to electrical company in Montgomery. I have found the staff at Crosby to be organized, considerate, knowledgeable and honest. I call them every time I need electrical work done in Montgomery and they have never let me down.

Great Company

I am extremely disheartened! Especially after listening to their recording when you first call in and are on hold. I'm a retired 30-year female military veteran, and Christian. For me this is an emergency. The technician didn't seem to have any problems with fixing my issue. We talked extensively about parts and what I needed and we were in agreement as to what needed to be done. He even had parts in hand and was prepared to come to man Hope Hull when they sent him on another call in Montgomery. I have even dealt with this technician before and his service was excellent. In the past I have had excellent service excellent customer service and excellent payment history. Last night my power went out. I called early requested service. They said the technician would call me.
Technician had the part and ready to come to me next. They sent him on a call in Montgomery. This is on a Friday at 2:45 the lady calls and tells me that if I cannot pay them upon service the guy could not come out. About an hour and a half before this.... due to previous commitments... I had requested possibility of writing a post-dated check for the first since I don't get paid until the 1st.

Bottom line is because I requested to give them a post-dated check because of my previous commitments this month that would use a lot of my money. They refuse to send anyone out because it was Friday and after 3:00 which would make it over time now, and they were scared I wouldn't pay them even though I told them I had a debit card or a check that they could get the money immediately because I had arranged other monies into my account after the initial request for them to accept a post-dated check. I was told they would accept the post-dated check for regular hours but not for overtime pay. Even though I told them I had the money in my account. I asked the young lady I was speaking to if she had talked to her supervisor. She stated that because I had asked for the extension they could not accept the risk of me not paying. Even though I told her I'd arranged money and put it into my account.

Bottom line is they didn't think I had money so they refused me service. And they couldn't estimate how much it would possibly cost even with it being overtime, even after the technician has the parts and new what needed to be done. She, or they were not willing to try and guesstimate how much it would possibly cost even if I had the money in my account.

Prompt, efficient, and thorough. Very pleased with the service.
