Technicians, Markis and Hayden, arrived on time. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They explained the course of actions required to repair my electrical issue.
After completing repairs, they showed me the completed task and demonstrated repairs resolved my issues. Would highly recommend company.

I hired Trustworthy Electrics to add two light fixtures, one in my kitchen and one in my study area. Neither are had overhead boxes, so those had to be added. Sheldon was the technician who initially assessed my lighting needs. As I was a first time customer, Sheldon did a whole house assessment. He determined that I needed a new 200amp panel as well as two smoke detectors and two gfi outlets. I was aware that the panel was old and needed replacement. The panel was installed by Doug and Slim. The interior work was done by Sheldon and Brandon. All gentleman were on time, polite, respectful of my home, efficient and informative when I had questions. All work was done within a four day time frame. I could not be happier! The price was very fair. I will be calling Trustworthy for any electrical work in the future.

They were early and very thorough, and knowledgeable about the work they provided. The name Trustworthy is very accurate because they truly are Trustworthy I will highly recommend them to you and anyone else. They'll forever have my business. Great experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional. Mr. Charles came out and did a full diagnostic on the house. The technicians completed the electrical upgrade and a few other issues in just a day and a half. Great work! Great employees! Reasonably priced! I highly recommend Trustworthy Electric! This will be the first call I'll make next time I have any electrical issues.

These guys were fantastic!! They came to us twice and rewired the ceiling fans and switches that were poorly wired in the rental home. They were extremely professional and definitely knew what they were doing. I would recommend this business again. Hopefully I won’t need their services anymore but if an electrical problem comes up, they’ll be the ones I’ll call!

Matt from Crosby arrived on time and quickly went to work locating a faulty wire in our attic that caused problems along an entire wall of the house. We had an electrician from a different company (NOT Crosby) last week who was unable to find the problem. Matt was methodical in his approach and soon located and repaired the problem. We are very happy with Matt and our interactions with the office staff of Crosby. Definitely rate all aspects at 5/5!

Terry did a fantastic job installing my charging station. They had perfect professionalism from scheduling to completion of the job. They were not cheap but provided exceptional work with trustworthy/tenured electricians.

Had a great experience with Crosby Electric. I scheduled a service call for the following morning and was told to expect a call at 7 and someone onsite by 7:30. The following morning, I received a call at 7 and someone was onsite at 7:30. The two technicians, Mike and Colin, were friendly (much friendlier than I am at 7:30 in the morning), knowledgeable, and thorough. With such a high level of service provided, I was expecting to pay more for it, but the final bill was actually less than what I expected. Would highly recommend them for any electrical work you need.

Mike Ousley did a fantastic job at my house today. Of course, Crosby Electric never sends anybody except the most talented electricians. They are an honest company, who never attempts an up-sell (as I've previously experienced with other reputable company's in the Montgomery area). Crosby Electric provides a first rate service, with talented electricians, and they get it done right the first time, every time. Today, Mike and his apprentice, Collin, replaced my entire electrical service to my house. It needed doing. We'd replaced breakers here and there, but it was time to replace the entire box. The work performed was very neat and orderly, and what's best....it worked the first time, plus the cost was very reasonable. What more can you ask for? I will always trust Crosby Electric. Travis has been the technician that Crosby Electric has sent our way on several occasions. Each time he has been punctual, courteous, and resolved the issues we had. No one wants to have a need for electrical repairs, but when you do, Travis and Crosby Electric get the job done!
