Today I had Kyle. He was courteous and polite. He did an exceptional job from what I can tell with the broad spreader. He seemed to have taken his time to make sure the lawn was evenly covered with the chemical I requested. I hope this treatment will be what is needed to bring my lawn back to where it needs to be. I also want to give Don, Montgomery manager a shout out. He is the that has restored my faith and True Green. He came and assessed my lawn, and had no problems in concluding that the weeds in my yard did need the chemical I was requesting. He immediately scheduled a service for the next day. He was understanding, knowledgeable, and his customer service ability was beyond reproach. You need to keep him! He is an asset to your company

The company failed to cancel my account when requested stating that I chose to keep my services going. This was not true as I only agreed to the remaining free service provided due to them not performing maintenance on the entire yard. The company failed to complete yards on two separate properties and I was tired of having to reach out to customer service to have them reattempt.

This morning I had another phenomenal experience with Padro!!!! He did an outstanding job, not just on my lawn, but with explaining some ongoing issues I've had over the last year. Please let me explain, during a routine service last year Padro identified dallas grass invading my lawn, something no other Specialist has pointed out. My wife was home at the time so Padro took the time to explain the situation to her. My wife didn't feel comfortable with making a decision so she asked Padro if she could could call me and have him explain the situation and the options to me. Padro agreed and patiently reviewed the situation and thoroughly explained my options to address the issue. This young man was a true professional, very knowledgeable, and paid close attention to detail. Padro left a Non-Selective Herbicide waiver for me to sign off on for the treatment. Although, I decided not to act on his expert advice immediately, I kept it in mind.

Fast forward to my service this year on the morning of July 2nd, I finally made the decision to act on Padro's advise and have TruGreen kill off all the areas of dallas grass invading my lawn. Upon arrival, I explained to the Specialist what I'd decided and asked him if he was equipped to kill off the dallas grass today. He looked confused and called into the local office to inquire. I explained to the Specialist and the representative at the office that I'd like to sign the Non-Selective Herbicide waiver and have the invasive dallas grass killed off. They stated that they were not sure if TruGreen was responsible for that service. I explained to them what I was informed by Padro ladt year and I showed them the Non-Selective Herbicide waiver. The office representative said he'd look into it and call me back. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY FOLLOW-UP!!!!

This morning, August 8th, I returned home and (2) TruGreen Specialists are servicing my neighbors lawn. A few minutes later my door bell rings, it's the TruGreen Specialists informing me that they were about to start my lawn treatment service. Again, I started to explain the dallas grass invasion and how I'd like to sign the waiver to kill off the grass. Immediately one of the gentlemen said I'm familiar with your situation. I was the Specialist who spoke with you and your wife last year, it was Padro!!!! I was elated and relieved. I explained what happened during the July treatment and he apologized for the lack of follow-up and jumped to it. I signed the waiver and he went on to show me the areas of the yard where additional attention/treatment would need to be administered to properly eradicate the problem areas.

You can tell Padro takes pride in his work, and I'm sure it will really show in the results. Under Padro's supervision, I'm looking forward to my lawn being healthier after this necessary purge. I truly appreciate Padro's excellent customer service and friendly attitude.

January 6th 2026.
Literally leaving this here in hopes that the true Green in Montgomery Alabama will read this. One of your vehicles, flatbed pickup truck with a box as large as the bed, approximately 4 to 5 ft tall. Traveling down i-85 North this morning. When I passed it at mile marker 18, 6:30 a.m., it had no rear running lights. Even though the headlights were on.

My lawn was serviced on 8/14/25 by a TruGreen specialist who I will not name. To say the least, I was very disappointed with my lawn after a few weeks. The first pictures shows what it should look like and the second picture shows what happens when the fertilizer is not applied properly. My lawn has light streaks or stripes because those areas were not treated with fertilizer evenly. Yesterday, 8/25/25, it was treated by Nanichalas Green and he is the "cleanup man" sent to fix the problem. This young man was quite pleasant which soothed my attitude and put me at ease. He explained what he would do to correct the issue and went about his business. Although I can not see it yet, I know that my lawn will recover and become what it usually is. You expect specialists to know their jobs and do what they are paid to do. Yet, I find that people don't do what you expect but what you inspect. I can tell that Nanichalas knows his job well. TruGreen is still the best lawn servicing company that I have used. They will come through, own their mistakes and resolve the issues to satisfy their customer. Thanks TruGreen and especially you, Nanichalas Green. (It's all in your name) I would encourage TruGreen to allow Nanichalas and others like him with the right experience to train those who are new to the company before dispatching them to our homes. I take pride in my lawn and will not settle for anything less than the best!! I will post again when my lawn has recovered!!

Mr. Kenyardo was patient and helpful. He gave me tips that were extra and sensible. Am looking forward to great results.

After using a pest control company for 30+ years and using another lawn service for a couple of years, TruGreen has made a huge difference on my 30 year old zoysia grass. My lawn in the Spring will look new again. Pest control is also going good. Good dependable company that gives you a service date in advance and shows up to get it done. I highly recommend them. I had to leave a star, but they don't deserve a star at all. The customer service lady was horribly rude both times. She lied every time I contacted her. On a positive note, the supervisor in Montgomery was empathetic and help me resolve my issue.

The service is not good at all. Worst decision in my lawn life. I even read the horrific reviews, but thought, "that won't happen" and it happened. Just like the reviews stated it would happen. Read all the fine print, they are aggressive and wrong. Just don't do it. Do not use them at all.

Service was HORRIBLE! I paid dor my services for tje year. On brand new sod, I was expecting my first service . My doorbell rang. I slipped on a top and shoes. By the time I made it to the door(45 seconds to a minute) the guy was rolling in the hose. He had spray around tje front sidewalk, no side or backyard had been touched.
He attempted to tell me ot only takes about 7 minutes but hadn't been 1 minute! He tried to persuade me to not call and that he would give me some type of extra service if I would give him a good survey. I told him I couldn't do that until i saw tje good work completed.
I walked back inside took my sweater off and went to look out of the window and he was gone!
I called and reported bit was routed to a universal line and not my local. Later I the day local office called and attempted to confront me with the worker on the line. How disrespectful!.
They asked for a redo and sent another guy out almost the same situation. Nothing has been done.
Now I have a yard full of weed! I am flabbergasted. It's a mess.
I want my money back or I will take the next legal steps.

These folks did an excellent job on the trees in our yard. Very professional and they cleaned up! We are enjoying the beauty of our trees now.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called them because I had a tree fall on my storage house my insurance company told me to find a professional tree cutting service. The guy said he would come out and give me a quote. After a week he never came. I called back he said he came by but the gate was locked. The first lie was he came by because I have cameras around my home he never once came. The second lie was the gate was locked. When I had spoken with him he told me to leave the gate unlocked and I unlocked it immediately after I got off the phone with him even though I leave the gate locked for safety reason because I have a pool in the backyard. I called back again and asked could they come by he said he would and still again he never showed up and never even called to say that he couldn’t make it. So I called back again the next following week and another guy answered the phone and said he would talk to the guy that was supposed to come by to give me an estimate and would call me back and let me know something. I have yet to receive a call from either of them a whole month later. They have the worse customer service ever and I honestly don’t see how they are still in business.
