Aron does a super thorough job with amazing attention to detail! When cleaning our gutters, some gunk from the gutters got onto our siding. Aron noticed it right away and made sure there was no trace of it left behind. That kind of integrity speaks volumes. I would wholeheartedtly recommend Better Life Cleaning Services!

Splendid work and fast too. Asked for a quote on Thursday, they were working on my house by Monday! Gave me military discount and everything. Im all about saving and spending the least amount possible, so trust me I say they are affordable and the sweetest sweethearts you ever wanted to meet. I only got my perimeter exterior pressure washed and my windows soft washed this time. But, eventually I plan use thier services again for my driveway and any other services I need down the line. House looks like I got me fresh new paint job and that would have cost me even more.

I will always be more drawn to veteran owned businesses. I wasn’t sure what needed to be done at what was my mother’s property, that I’m inheriting. I explained that to Mr. Faurote & he went to take a look and gave his assessment & estimate. I went ahead with part of what was needed. From the pictures, I’m very pleased & I’m sure I will be even more when I see it in person! I recommend this company for sure!!

I am writing this review after several attempts by my mother an d myself to contact Aron Faurote, owner of Better Life Cleaning Services (BLCS). Several weeks ago my mother, who is 92 years old and a very trusting godly women, contacted BLCS to get an estimate for power washing her driveway, small back porch and her house. Based on her conversation with Aron, she seleted BLCS to do the work. Several days after BLCS performed the work and were paid, my mother noticed areas in her front yard and back yard, around the small porch, where the grass had died (see attached picture). She contacted Aron and he came out to look at the issue. Aron told my mother that he had seen this before and it was from the chemicals used in the power washing. My mother has a downhill, curved driveway in the front. BLCS failed to used anything as they were power washing to prevent the water and chemcials used in the power washing from draining down the driveway, across her yard, and around the back porch into the grass.

Aron told my mother that he would be out the next day to fix the issue. Aron NEVER showed up. My mother made several attempts to contact Aron (texts and phone calls) but Aron NEVER returned her texts or calls. After hearing this from my mother, I have mde several attempts to contact Aron. Aron NEVER reached out to me.

I have never worked with a service company that was so unprofessional in the way they do business. You see all the positive, 5 star reviews on the website. But Aron and BLCS are a ZERO star, but the review site made me give them a 1 in order to post the review. I would go as far to say that maybe Aron and BLCS though they could just ignore and take advantage of a 92 year old woman.

As of June 4, 2025, neither my mother nor I have been contacted by Aron, or anyone from BLCS. Along with this review posted on Google and their website, I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau about Aron and BLCS. I DO NOT recommend BLCS to anyone!

UPDATE JULY 20, 2025

After my review was submitted, I was contacted by Aron Faurote, the owner. There had been some miscommunication between my mother and Aron. The number she was calling, the name number listed on the website, was a landline. Neither my mother or myself realize this was a landline number. Aron said they were trying to update the number to his cell number. After several discussions, the issue was caused by a new employee. Aron owned the mistake and said he was going to do anything he could to make my mother happy. He even agreed to replace the sod in the dead areas himself, at his expense. My mother had already contacted her lawn service and they were going to replace sod in the areas that had been killed by the chemicals used in the power wash process. Aron said he would reimburse my mother when the work was done and he was presented with an invoice. Aron promptly processed a check to my mother as soon as I sent him the invoice, no questions asked.

Aron showed much honesty and integrity in all the conversations that we had. AND he did what he said he would do. Aron also answersed a few questions I had about cleaning my deck in preparation for staining. He gave me a couple of tips and tricks that were very helpful.

The reviews on his website are very positive, and show the service he provides very much satisfies his customer base. The issue with the service at my mother's house, in my opinion, was NOT the typical service Better Life Cleaning Services provides. I am positive that ANY customer has ANY issue with the sevices BLCS provides, Aron will do all he can to make it right, and give the customer the best finished product.

The staff at Better life did a phenomenal job on our home in Pine Level. We did it before our house went on the market. My realtor was highly impressed with the job and professionalism! Even did somethings that were thrown in that was a surprise to us!

I am so happy with my experience with Better Life Cleaning Services! Aron is professional, prompt, and very nice to work with. I highly recommend them!
