Stanley service was very professional, the attendants were respectful and serious about their job. I checked, and I was surprised to find they tied the curtains so they would not get wet and turn on the fans so that the air could circulate. I was impressed.

They did a great outstanding job on my carpet they deep clean it and got the job done I feel like I just put a new carpet in my living room and hallway but they clean it so good I'm going to always use this service and they vary much gave me a good price and plus the job was wonderful I am very pleased with the work on my carpet

HORRIBLE JOB! There was debris and wet dust balls still on the carpet. It was only 2 rooms…Doesn’t look clean at all. Called and told them and they said they would not give me a refund. I took 409 and a shop vac and got the section looking much cleaner… even with picture evidence they would not give a refund. Do not use, stay away!!

The courteous team arrived within the service window, examined and ascertained the proper way to clean our sofa and went to work. The process was less than 45 minutes. I was given instruction on the drying process and the protectant applied.

Everything from scheduling to checkout was concise and simple. I appreciate the reasonable fee, professionalism, and expediency of the service. We will use Stanley Steamer again.

Two area rugs were cleaned, one cleaned AT, and the ducts were cleaned. These guys were very polite and professional, but left dust, dirt and rock like material all over my house. I'm not sure if it's our role to clean up behind them but we were very disappointed. People do what you inspect, not what you expect right?! I have to wonder how good a job they did within the ducts where we can't see. SMH...

I have known Ken Hendrick, owner of Stanley Steemer, both personally and professionally for many years. He runs a great business and has great people working for him. I have had them clean carpets in offices all over the tri-county area and they always do a great job. They have also replaced worn out carpet in office buildings and their installers are always on time and very courteous. I highly recommend them!

Gregory and Nate from Stanley Steemer did an amazing job on our carpets today. They were so knowledgable, efficient, and professional. Our carpets are fresh and clean and smell awesome. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Our tech was right on time and worked diligently on our couch cleaning/deodorizing. He was AWESOME. However, I believe our couch just was too far gone. If anyone has had a cat urinate on your furniture, save yourself $200. You’re just gonna have to get a new couch.

They just completed job today, so time will tell, but so far so good. Timely, and professional. My only complaint would be to please wear shoe covers when entering a/my home. We take our shoes off so they should cover theirs. Otherwise, fantastic!
