I call Stanley Steemer annually to clean my rugs, sofas and chairs. They are so professional and accommodating. I came home to a fresh smelling home. They also clean my duct work. See you next year and thank you for your excellent communication and attention to detail!

Both of two young men today were courteous and professional
There was some furniture which needed to be moved and replaced. This was done with cheers. The carpets were cleaned in the five bedroom house excellently. After care instructions were given and followed. Both of the young men had a happy and pleasant demeanor. The process went smoothly and quickly. I will use this service again and recommend to a friend.

I realize that there is a such thing as wear n tear but for $291, I would have thought that the outcome would have been much better from Stanley Steamer. However, what disturbed me more was the fact that they presently have an advertisement on social media that says 3 rooms for $139. This is EXACTLY what I ordered. However, despite the advertisement, I was told that that price was for a different area. That price is for a franchise location out of Columbus, OH. So my question is, how are you to know what the price is for "our area"? Why is it advertising in "our area" if it CANNOT be honored? Well, it sounds like false advertising to me. I will look into this further. To top it off, I NEVER received an invoice/receipt. I asked him to please not forget, yet, STILL no receipt.

They did an amazing job we got this sleeper sectional almost 2 years ago and with 2 kids and a dog it got a bit mangy and I made the unfortunate mistake of trying to clean it myself and it didn’t turn out great but the guys who came and cleaned the sectional and rug did an amazing job looks pretty darn close to new in my opinion and legit only took them an hour. Will def look to have them do more if we need it in the future.

Please read the whole comment because I will use them again! We had Stanley steamers come out on Monday to clean our 3 couches. Monday evening I wasn’t very happy with how it turned out so I called Stanley steamer back. The gentlemen apologized and was going to send someone out today to redo the couches. Tanner and Brian were wonderful! They were fast, cleaned up the floors around the couch, and even put stuff back that they had to move to clean. These two guys had their work cut out for them because we had white and gray couches that had red mud on them. They made our couch look brand new again and back to white! I can’t thank them enough for how amazing they look. I will definitely use them again and I will definitely ask for Tanner and Brian! These two guys deserve some type of recognition. Although I did have a small issue they made things!

Kim and her team did a really good job! 8 out of 10 on Deep Cleaning Service. Our house's baseboards, windows, blinds and other trim work have never looked better. A little more attention to detail regarding dusting and cleaning of kitchen would have easily been a 10 out of 10. Kim's entire team was courteous and professional. I spoke w/ Kim this morning regarding my areas of concern. She not only listened and repeated my areas of concern, she apologized for the oversight and reassured me they would be addressed on their next visit. I would definitely recommend the Deep Cleaning service.

I have been very impressed with the service Two Maids and a Mop has provided me over the last several months. We have a busy family and schedule and having my house cleaned weekly has provided me with more time to focus on other things. The team is always courteous, respectful and prompt. The job they do cleaning my house is superior to all other services and individuals I have had in the past.

I just had my second cleaning service and am now very impressed. My first cleaning was the "Spring Cleaning" package that would be from top to bottom. After it was over I found that a room had not been done, called, they came back out to finish. Later I noticed that most items had been dusted around, objects not dusted, glass not cleaned. I decided to wait, have another cleaning as I had already made further appointments.
So glad I did! The ladies that came out today-Kim & Juanita did an amazing job! They got everything that was missed on the first visit without my having to say anything-it was just part of their cleaning.
I hope I can request them for the next visit as I am very satisfied with the service they provided.

I love my Two Maids and A Mop experience! This was their first visit at my home, and I have every intention in the world to invite them back! They were quick to tackle the gross things that I tend to avoid! They worked hard... and I came home excited to see all that they had done in the time frame that they had to accomplish it. They inspired me to get busy and get some other things done. I can't rave enough! Shelley and her counterpart were great in every way! My door is always open ((*smile*))... I can't wait until they're here again!

Two Maids & a Mop were friendly, personable and professional. They did a great job cleaning. We have two dogs and a cat. but you wouldn't even have known after they left. I don't feel like our walk in shower was cleaned very well, but everything else was perfect! Thank you so much Two Maids and a Mop!

Team 1 works very hard & does a wonderful job. They work quickly but thoroughly! They are hardworking and courteous!

Kayla and Megan cleaned my apartment a couple weeks ago. They did a wonderful job and took away the stress I had been putting on myself about cleaning. In fact, they did such a good job that instead of getting a cleaning monthly, I've decided to switch to one of the bi-weekly options (alternating a premium cleaning and a touch up). I really appreciated the good work they did!
