Today, Hannah and Steph from TMAM came out to clean my home. I've actually had the monthly service for over a year, and they always do a phenomenal job, making my home so much more pleasant when I get home from work. However, today, they went above and beyond, and my house looks and feels incredible! They took care of the big stuff, and my house smells wonderful, but they also hit the little touches, like throw pillows and blankets being arranged more nicely than I would even do myself. I've had Kayla in the past (up until her maternity leave), and she has taken wonderful care of me too, with more energy than I can even imagine at that point in pregnancy. Autumn, in the scheduling office, has been so wonderful about scheduling around my constant travel and abnormal needs. I'm grateful for all of these ladies!

I am extremely satisfied with my cleaning from Nicole. Even though she was alone she did a hell of a job and I would recommend her and this service to anyone. She was super friendly and down to earth and you can tell she loves what she does. She definitely made this experience one well worth it!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in Montgomery for my grandson’s wedding and wanted to set up monthly cleanings for my disabled daughter. The reviews I read were good so I set aside the day to help prep for the cleaning. Very disappointed. The floors in each of the three rooms remained extremely dirty after the crew mopped. I called to report my dissatisfaction and sent pictures. Tomorrow is the dress rehearsal and I must unnecessarily meet again to have the floors mopped. Will see if the second time will result in a cleaned apartment.

The scheduling was a little confusing, however when the maids arrived they did a great job. I would have scheduled more time for them the first visit if I had known more about the process. Overall though my experience was a good one.

Two Maids was there for me when I needed a cleaning service. They are reasonably priced. Danielle was quick to respond and she was informative and thorough. Angelica, Nykel and Danielle W. did a wonderful job on my house. I will be using Two Maids in the future and would recommend them if you are looking for a professional no nonsense cleaning service.

Kayla G and Michaela did an AMAZING job on our home. They left everything fresh and sparkling clean. In addition to being extremely hardworking and professional, they were both super kind and friendly. They took their time to make sure I was happy with their work before leaving. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend their service!

The ladies did a fantastic job. They had a lot to do and were very efficient with their time. My house looks so much better. I’m not embarrassed to have someone come into my house now.
There were a couple of things that were overlooked, but like I said, they had a huge job and they conquered it. I’m very pleased with their work and so glad that they will be coming on a regular basis. I was uncomfortable in my own house and overwhelmed with the amount of work that needed to be done. Now, I can actually relax and just work to maintain it.

I waited to write a review until service had been provided several times. Two maids and a mop has done bi-weekly cleanings for me now for about 3 months. My crew is excellent. They are punctual, do a great job and are so incredibly friendly. I work from home and they are respectful of my space and remember Amy requests I made to ensure they are done each time. They always ask me if I would like to look around and if I notice something, they take care of it right away. Everyone has their own things that they are picky about, but with a mention it is taken care of and not overlooked the next time. There are always things that you as the homeowner are going to have to really deep clean yourself, but these ladies do an excellent job of doing the basic cleaning that is expected of a "touch up" - which is the package I requested. Also, once I needed an out-of-cycle cleaning and they were so accommodating - that's super important to me. I get a reminder call before every cleaning also. I would recommend them to anyone. The team that came to clean my apartment were fast/efficient, professional, and helpful with all of my questions. I cannot say in words how impressed I was with their work. Place looked better than when I moved in...and that is something I try to do when moving. Thank you Janet, Danielle, and Kierra! You three were the best cleaning team that I have experienced through about 9 moves during a 24 year span.

Two Maids cleaned my home last week and did a very nice job. They were on time, professional, and were attentive to the details. The ladies who came to clean my house were remarkable. I would recommend Two Maids, especially if you are a particular about the upkeep of your home. I am currently having my home cleaned twice a month. Thank you for excellent service!

we have had Kelly G. clean our house several times and couldn't ask for anyone better. There are a few areas that we struggle to get spotless and she did it without issue. Highly recommend her and Two maids.

My experience was AWESOME! I had a last minute request and they worked their schedule to fit me in. The ladies were very professional and did an EXCELLENT job cleaning and had me review before leaving and I had nothing but compliments. Will definitely use them again. Angelica ALWAYS does a wonderful job!!! She cleans my house as if it’s her own! I was sorry to hear that she’ll be leaving because she’s the best cleaner this company has. Since I started with them in March many cleaners have come through my home. Angelica was always the team lead, telling everyone what to do and where. If I had my choice I’d select Angelica and Adriana to clean my home for life, as they’re the best cleaners Two Maids have ever sent out.

As for this visit, Angelica cleaned my home SOLO for 4 hours!!!!! When she left EVERYTHING was immaculate!!! It brought a tear to my eye knowing that she won’t be in this business anymore. She’s GREAT at what she does!!! Trustworthy, punctual, and the most skilled!! She cleaned my house from top to bottom last week and I’m eternally grateful!!! This company has definitely lost a FABULOUS worker!!!!

My rating is on the company, not Angelica!! They seem to lose every good worker they have! I won’t trust anyone else in my home without Angelica or Adriana on the team. Since they’ve both quit, I don’t think I can continue with Two Maids. It says something about a company when their best workers are constantly jumping ship.

Chastity and Maxine did a fantastic job on a deep clean of my home! They even cleaned the oven, changed the bedding, and dusted the wooden window blinds. I’m so happy I called them. It’s now sparkling clean and ready for Spring! I will be getting monthly cleans after this. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Been using them for monthly service for a couple of years. Never had a concern about quality of service no matter who comes by to work. Clean, efficient and professional.

I just had my house cleaned by Two Maids & I am delighted with the result. The ladies who cleaned were very friendly, thorough, and professional. I plan for this to become a regular occurrence and plan to recommend this service to all my friends.

I have had 1 deep cleaning and have started monthly cleaning for my home. The ladies are friendly, professional, dependable and do a great job. Being disabled this service is invaluable to me. I would recommend Two Maids to anyone.

Original post: We ordered a move out clean. The service itself was okay, but in the process our AC was turned down a full 15 degrees and never reset. Since we had already moved out (as is required for the move out service), no one was home to discover the issue, resulting in damage to our AC unit. This issue was distressing enough, but when I reported it, we did not receive any kind of follow up from the company.

Edit: 1) Upon viewing the property in-person (not via picture), the service provided was not acceptable. It is clear that neither the baseboards, the windowsills, light covers/ outlet covers, nor small ledges throughout the house were cleaned. There are several dirty spots on the kitchen tile that were there when we moved out (easily cleaned with a paper towel by me). Trash had been swept underneath the cabinets instead of cleaned up. The lights in the bathrooms are dirty. I paid $600 for a move out clean and I really wish I would’ve just taken off work and done it myself. Would’ve saved a lot of money and headache.
2) To date, the company has never contacted me directly regarding my air conditioner concern. Our unit was turned from 78 degrees to 63 degrees without authorization and was left there after the service was completed, resulting in damage. The only time they have responded to me was via this post, which I assume is an attempt to save face to other people who are considering hiring.

Short story: save yourself the hassle and go with someone else.
