I love the service from Moore Maids! They are so efficient and leave my house looking great

Christina and Mareyna were great. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, leaving my home smelling and looking great! I will be booking again in the future.

The women were very nice and professional, and for the most part it was a good clean. There were a couple of things they missed. They moved quickly through my home.

When I clean I get things cleaner. When they clean for me it's clean. My kitchen cabinets are so clean now they look freshly painted. I would recommend them to everyone. 😊

Needed a cleaning last minute called MooreMaids and they were able to squeeze me that week. The team they sent out was professional and did a FANTASTIC job. Highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed

I love working with Samantha and her co-worker. She gets here early and this time (after Christmas), I needed her service more than ever! Smile

It was satisfactory, but not outstanding. Windows done well. Dusting was marginal in many places. Corners were neglected.

Their cleaning team cut every corner possible in regards to cleaning my home. One of the employees stole one of my credit cards and spent about $400 on it over a weekend and then returned it the next week. (I discovered this, of course, the following month when I received the bill and promptly fired them). They stole a lot of medicine from my husband’s side of the master bathroom.
And to top it all off, a few months later, I realized my great grandmother’s handheld gold watch was missing from its case.
This is THE WORST “COMPANY” in Montgomery. They are beyond unprofessional - they are horrible thieves and I probably should have prosecuted them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

You are certainly extremely skittish about my review of which I AM ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE IT WAS YOUR BUSINESS. And I went back and looked at my credit card - $14 for a Publix sandwich, a large dinner on the weekend at Wentzell’s (I’ve never been to that restaurant) and $387 in booze from a liquor store.
I presume I’m speaking with the owner. You had never been to my home before, one of the maids was out on maternity leave. You showed up out of nowhere. You stayed 3 minutes and you did no cleaning and I didn’t understand until the next month why you were there. I hope your employee’s daughter doesn’t have fetal alcohol syndrome from all the booze her mother drank that weekend.
And ANOTHER THING. After your “maid team” left, a couple of hours later I noticed my German Shepherd’s 2 front legs were in extreme pain. I know accidents can happen. I took my dog to the veterinarian. Your maids ran over my dog’s paws and she had to have surgery. I am DISGUSTED that your maids did not have the decency, manners, or humanity to tell me what they had done.

Courtney and Samantha did a wonderful job, and they are reasonably priced. Customer service was also great. I will definitely be using their services again.

Lauren and Sky cleaned my aunt’s home so well. They were polite and did the cleaning quickly. My aunt was very happy. She hopes this team will return again.

Got standard cleaning from Mooremaids. Jordan and the other young lady did an excellent job getting the house clean. Great communication on when they were coming and the cleaning was very professional and efficient.

The process from initiating contact to home visit for quote and scheduling a time went smoothly. The text updates at each step were helpful and alerted me to late arrival. The team sent to my home worked well together and finished in timely manner. They missed a window but overall they did well.

Hi - we are generally happy with the service and the crew is polite. They are also considerare snd message me when they are running off schedule.

One thing of note this week - I don’t think the front ladies bathroom floor was mopped or the mop may have been dirty.
