I enjoy coming home to a clean house! The Maids come to my home once a month and they do a great job! Anytime I have asked them to do anything extra they have done it even though it was last minute. Also, I forgot they were coming twice and set my home invasion alarm, which they set off. They were not upset and still did a great job. I would recommend the team that cleans my house to my friends.

I’m displeased with the way my service complaint has been handled. This was my first time working with or using this company’s service. Overall, they did a good job cleaning my home with the exception of the damage caused in my kitchen by a cleaning member. One of them put a hole in my range vent light cover and scratched/vigorously rubbed the paint off of some of my cabinets.
I sent an email to Sandee to air my my grievance about the above on 2/19/22. She called me on 2/21/22 and told me that the supervisor, Tiffany, could come out to walk through those things with me. Well, this same supervisor was one of the ladies that helped to clean my home during the last hour of my scheduled cleaning. She told me that her kitchen lady did puncture the vent cover, but she forgot to mention it to me. Then, Tiffany said that this same staff member denied scratching up my cabinets. They would order and replace my range light vent cover, but they couldn’t do anything about the cabinets. I told her that they didn’t look this prior to this cleaning visit. If this same person didn’t mention the incident with my vent cover to me, then why would they mention the scratches made to the cabinets. I told her to cancel my next cleaning service.
This same supervisor told me that she’d escalate my issues to her manager and someone would get back to me. In addition, they would order me a new vent cover. As of today, 3/16/22, I haven’t received a call or email to further address my grievance. I’ve received no concessions such as a full or 50% refund, etc., That says A LOT!!! I would not use their service unless you’d plan on micromanaging they staff every step of the way to prevent the same thing from happening to you.

The Maids, led by Team Leader Tiffany, is a hard working, efficient and thorough house cleaning team. They clean my 5 bedroom 4 bath home while navigating around parents working from home and 4 dogs. I appreciate all they do to keep us tidy. Thank you!

I've done business with many different folks over my lifetime and I have to say Samantha is a RAY OF SUNSHINE. Too many businesses feel like we, the customer are lucky to patronize them Samantha and her team are true customer service professionals.

The Maids was the first professional cleaning service I tried. I was so pleased that I continued to use them. I love their products. They seem to do a great job and their results last for several days, dependen on usage of cleaned area. The crew is always punctual, pleasant and work their hearts out while they are here. And the real plus is that they appear to be honest. I have never missed anything. The day The Maids come to my home is my favorite day of the month! Keep up your good work!!!
