I submitted an online query for this business and they called me almost immediately. I thought this would be a great company to work with as they seemed Johnny on the Spot. Then they no showed the house walk through appointment with no call or text or warning. So I drove back to work. Then the company messaged me asking when they could do a walk through? I told them, I had already had one scheduled and no one showed up. The individual apologized profusely with sincerest apologies….then when I messaged them with another time I could meet them for a walk through, I heard nothing back for over a week. So, I will not be working with them. Communication failures and process breakdown makes me question their professionalism. Or is this just a group of people who go around cleaning houses with no structure? Either way I don’t find the company respectful of their clients and their lack of accountability concerning. I don’t trust them in my house while I’m gone. Good luck to everyone else!

Gwen is very nice, and did a good job cleaning our single family home. During the walkthrough she noticed the window sills were left very dirty from the previous resident but the blinds were clean; she had no problem adjusting our package to accommodate the services we required. Will definitely use again for recurring service.

The Quality Cleaning Plus team did an incredible job with our move out clean. Additionally, they did it all while we had already left. They sent pictures and kept in constant contact to make sure everything we needed would be taken care of. They made the house perfect for the renters coming in. I cannot give a higher recommendation! With light color carpet and young kids running wilds at time my carpet was terrible until Ms Gwendolyn and her team did an amazing job with the cleaning. Will highly recommend they do great work and offer a good price for cleaning along with a plan to keep your carpet looking it best

Where to start? Actions speak louder than words. She did a lot of talking, but didn't back up all the talk. (1) Extremely poor communication. (2) Showed up late. (3) Did not do everything included on estimate. (4) Deep clean was only a regular clean. (5) Cost not reasonable for services performed. (6) Issues with payment method. (7) Unprofessional overall
I'm out almost $3,000 for the house to still be in a barely livable condition. I'm extremely disappointed with their idea of a deep clean. Now, I have to go behind them to clean what they didn't clean. I'm a disabled Marine Veteran on a fixed income, and the decision to use this company put me in a tough financial bind because I don't have the money to hire another company to do the job this company didn't finish. Overall, I would not recommend this company for a heavily soiled cleaning. Also, I have the receipts (before/after pics/vids, estimate, invoice, etc.) to back up my review. Awful experience!

Update: I read the response. I have absolutely no reason to lie and gave an honest review. Unfortunately, there's no option to show photos of the after. The company did not complete the tasks stated on the estimate. Period. The walk-through was also rushed and my emotions were running high. In addition, how unprofessional to call me and complain about the review I left and attempt to convince me to change it. If the company employees would have done the job properly, I would have given a better review. It's that simple.

I booked a carpet cleaning appointment with Quality Cleaning Services. Owner Mrs. Gwen was prompt on responding to my request. She's professional, friendly, and has great customer service experience. My appointment was at 10am, but cleaning crew arrived earlier. Omg, the carpet was cleaned like new again. I never had services like that and will only let her business clean my carpet. Her staff is awesome. Everything was so nice and neat when I checked my house. I highly recommend Quality Cleaning Service Price is affordable. 5 stars 🌟.

I am doing this review on behalf of my mom. This company popped up on Facebook and my mom reached out. She was very rapid with the response to get a date and time set up for carpet cleaning. We took advantage of the special that they’re currently running. She communicated with us to let us know she was running behind. Overall we are satisfied with how the carpet cleaning in the three rooms turned out. The most important result will be when it fully dries. We will definitely be using this company again!

Had them do a post construction clean on a recently renovated storefront property that my company is leasing. Ms. Gwen was very friendly, and easy to work with!
