We used PODS for our cross-country military move. Their customer service is better than any moving company we have used. Our delivery driver in Montgomery, Sonny, was incredible. We had a very heavy loaded PODS and our driveway was uphill and around a corner. He spent a tremendous amount of time figuring out how to maneuver the PODS onto our driveway in the perfect location without harming any of our landscaping or mailbox. He was so professional and really diligent about doing the job correctly.
Every time I called customer service head-quarters they were helpful and friendly. So much better than our experience with Uhaul. Highly recommend PODS for your moving needs.

BEWARE PODS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! PODS will talk a good deal to sucker you in and then start overbilling you and its pure hell to get it fixed. They will act light they can't comprehend how to help you and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor or manager over and over and will even drop your calls. The deliver drivers are great but they operate separately from the customer service aspect of the company.

Easiest move I've had without hiring a moving company and all of the drivers were extremely friendly.

Great way to store things when renovating a home without the commitment of purchasing a shed. Super friendly staff from the very first call to the gentleman who picked up the POD.

These people are a joke! They promise to do one thing, and don't follow through. I have had a pod in my driveway for 3 weeks...and they REFUSE to pick it up!! The "manager" continues to blame the weather. I have called customer service (repeatedly), and they fall for his lies. Now, he won't take my phone call. PODS is horrible!

I will use pods in the future. The driver, Raymond, was professional and clearly knew how to operate the truck and equipment. Great experience.

Had a great experience using PODS for our cross country move. The process was smooth and easy. POD arrived at a reasonable time after we arrived at our destination. PODS was a great service to have. Easily stored my contents while I was moving into my new home. They delivered the POD, moved it to the new home, then picked it up when we were finished!

I simply cannot say enough good things about PODS and, specifically, Alonzo Coleman who delivered my POD down here in SC after it had completed its journey from Boston, Massachusetts. Alonzo was more than just a friendly person, he was intelligent and professional. Let me explain: the driveway to my home here in SC is virtually a 45 degree slope. PODZilla was going to be challenged to go down and up such a plane while holding it's payload level. Alonzo was up to the task, though. He adjusted the front and back wheel posts as the slope increased and decreased. It was harder than it sounds. But he DID IT! And all of my belongings remained secure and settled within the POD. POD has itself a fine ambassador in Alonzo, as well as a fine person overall. I wish Alonzo the best and will recommend PODS to anyone who is making a move in the future!!!

Delivery and pickup in my driveway were flawless. The operator was professional, courteous, and careful to avoid and/or protect in-ground sprinkler heads. Should the need arise, I will use them again.

Awful communication, and when THEY couldn't pick up our containers due to mud and continued rain (not the issue), their system continued to charge us over and over again until they could finally get them even though they told us they wouldn't because it wasn't our fault. We had to call so many times to get them to issue refunds, and even then those refunds took forever to process.

You can't talk to a person at your local PODS, it's all some sort of decentralized call system. Do yourself a favor and shop small businesses that offer the same service. So many headaches and hours on the phone with all the holds. 🤦
