This was my first experience using a maids service in my home and I have been extremely impressed so far. I’m always happy with the cleaning services provided and they are so easy to communicate with. The Maids make it so easy to change scheduled appointments or adjust and update cleaning services as I need them. They are prompt and efficient and I’m never disappointed when I get home. Wish I would have started using them sooner!

These ladies work fast and do a fantastic job, would definitely recommend!

Team 6 leader Amy Bass and her team members do an excellent job cleaning our home. Amy is always pleasant and professional , as are her team members. Amy regularly goes the extra mile with hard work, attention to detail and making sure I am pleased each time they clean. She works hard, efficiently and fast; and she leads her team members to do the same.

So happy with this service. They are very professional, work as a team, quick and quiet, use wonderful products and always ask for feed back about the work. My house sparkles and smells wonderful when they say goodbye. I have used them for years and highly recommend.

When the Maids come to the house, I receive excellent service. I don’t have to wonder or worry about the type of care taken in the cleaning of my home. The teams are professional and make sure that everything you need is taken care of before they leave the house. On those occasions, when I am out of town, I can call the main office and they are happy to accommodate my change in service. It has been a pleasure to have the Maids come to my home. I recommend this service to anyone who is having difficulty maintaining a clean home due to age or disability. Kudos to Amy Bass and team 6 for a job well done!

Maids were very professional. They did a great job and then made their exit. This is the second time I've had Team 6, with Amy Bass as team leader clean my home. If possible, I'd like to have this team clean for me each time unless I request a different group.

5/7/25 The team of ladies (M1) that services our home are well-trained and thorough. They pay attention to details and have pleasant attitudes. Our home looks and smells clean after each service.
I sometimes remind them that they are doing the Lord’s work and that if anyone says otherwise is being untruthful.

This has been our third monthly whole house cleaning and all I can say is why didn't I get this sooner!!! Being early 70's and still working part-time, I have noticed that I don't enjoy doing housework like I used to. Lower back pain and less energy makes the cleaning job even worse. I look forward to my monthly clean house every month and consider it a "spa" day for myself. Having a group of talented women to come into my house and "get it cleaned" quickly has been one of the highlights of getting older. I feel less stressed than having to do the cleaning myself and enjoy the whole house clean experience. My husband has even noticed that I seem to be more relaxed and not so frantic to complete all those cleaning tasks. Thank-you to all the talented young women who work for The Maids and work hard and make us "older" women happy!!!

I had such a great experience with The Maids today! Sam was the manager and she was amazing! So communicative, thorough, respectful, joyful, and kind! I can’t wait to have her and her team back to clean again soon!

I’ve been using The Maids for some years, and they are always on time and work efficiently. The ladies are friendly and do a great job cleaning. Our house looks and smells fantastic when they’re finished. Today’s team—MI—were especially wonderful! The business office is also easy to deal with.
