The movers were on time, polite, respectful, courteous, handled all my belongings with care. They did an amazing job with my move! When we got to my new place they asked where I wanted everything and set up my furniture exactly how I wanted it. I couldn't have asked for a better team of movers. And the cherry on top...their prices are very reasonable!! I would recommend them to anyone moving in the Montgomery/Prattville area!!!

I was moving my Father into Assisted Living today, which makes for a tough day already. The movers I originally scheduled for this morning didn’t show up. I called Motivated Movers, explained the situation, and they had availability for same-day service. Not only that, they even showed up 2 hours early. Professional, efficient, and great value. I am so thankful I called. They really saved my day!

I’m a single mom working from home during the pandemic and Bradley, Maxwell, and Brenton of Motivated Movers made my experience very smooth! I would highly recommend these extraordinary young men and this business. When making my reservation the owner was very professional and the process was really simple. They were able to assist with breaking down/putting together beds as well. Their rates are very much reasonable.

I hired Motivated Movers to move the large furniture and appliances that I couldn't move myself. I was SO IMPRESSED with the crew that showed up. They were all very young but they were respectful and all business. No bad attitudes or goofing off. They WORKED. I also like how the team leader, Dalton, lead and communicated with the others on the team. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with this company. I will recommend them to anyone.

Sammie, Jurdell and Devon were great to work with. They showed up on time, were very efficient. They took good care of my items, as well as making sure they did not scratch the walls of our new home. The driver and team did a good job pulling into the driveway and took precautions to avoid running over the grass. Sammie was a great leader of the team. I was very pleased and if we ever need movers in this area again, we will be using Motivated Movers.

These guys were on the ball and literally running back and forth to the truck as they loaded. They were all respectful and friendly. They made a stressful day very pleasant. One of the administrators at the independent living complex said these men were the best movers they had ever experienced!

My experience with motivated movers was the worst service experience I have ever endured. I booked on the site and got a quote about three weeks ago. I booked for four hours for 150 an hour. Two young men showed up to do the job. One of the guys introduced himself and surveyed what I had to be moved. The other guy didn’t introduce himself or even speak. He had an attitude like he woke up on the wrong side of the bed time he arrived at my apartment. I should have cancelled the service but they had already started. They did the job and I moved from an upstairs apartment to a downstairs apartment. The guy with the attitude complained about the stairs. I even apologized for the stairs. The nicer guy said no, no problem. I shouldn’t have even apologized, because this is their job. If he didn’t wanna do the job he shouldn’t have signed up. I tried talking with the guy and he ignored me like he didn’t hear. His attitude was horrible and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. This is the worst experience I have ever had. They got done twenty minutes early. The manager asked was I going to tip. I said twenty dollars. The guy with the attitude asked for the keys and stormed out. I was appalled. I already paid 600 dollars and I don’t have to tip no one, especially a guy behaving like a female with an attitude. His energy was horrible and I hate having someone like that in my house. I wish I could take my tip back. The other guy did thank me for the tip and was professional and kind. I complained to the manager. He said thanks for letting him know but did not apologize for his rude employee. I will never use them again.

Our team arrived timely on 1/6/2022. They worked hard and fast and remained positive, cheerful, responsive and energetic for all my requests. We have a challenging wrap-around staircase at the new home and some heavy and large pieces had to go upstairs. They made it look easy and took great care not to damage the walls or my furniture. I greatly appreciated their energy and enthusiasm. Thank you, Dakota, Devon, and Demetrice, we highly recommend each of you.

Had a bad experience with a government move in the past. So, we decided to choose the company ourselves and we are glad we did. Barry came by and did the walk-through. He was spot on with his estimates. The week of the actual move, the closing for our new house got delayed, which in turn effected our moving dates. Motivated Movers was able to work with us to fit into the schedule.
A shout out to the Crew! The actual move went better than we could have hoped for. It was a 3- day interstate, 4-Bdrm house move and the crews showed up motivated, each day. They came prepared with all the necessary packing materials. When we had special packing requests, they gladly accommodated. Before finishing a day, they would confirm with us that everything for the day had in fact been accomplished.
On the day of unloading it was only a 2-person crew and we were a little nervous about that. Turned out to be completely unfounded though. Dalton and Josh worked steadily and swiftly. They placed furniture and boxes where we wanted them. If there was a change, it did not change their demeanor, but remained ever courteous and obliged. Did I mention that this must have been the hottest day of the year? But they kept on going until everything was unloaded and placed. No damage to the house, inside or out. No damage to furniture or anything that we have unpacked. Kitchen items had been professionally wrapped (better than I would have/could have).
It felt as if we were on the same team. Thank you Motivated Movers for sending a much appreciated professional crew lead with a motivated crew. If we had the opportunity to work with Motivated Movers on our next move, we would.

Over the course of 12 years, we used Motivated Movers for every move we made. We worked with 9 different guys as movers from various years. We were so pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at their price on the first move that we continued to use them for each subsequent move! Their movers are always polite & professional - I do mean always. They are fast and considerate, and always willing to do a little extra to help out. If you need a reliable, well-trained team, use this company!

this was our first time using any type of moving service so we didn't know what to expect. but Varsity and John came in like the name of the company Motivated! these 2 guys were very impressive! they were friendly and very focused on the task at hand. still don't know how they were able to get our entire home in 1 truck and make a stop at storage before off loading at our new address. well done Varsity and John !!

My Mom needed to find a company to finish packing her belongings and load them on a 26' U-haul. I began my search for movers in the Montgomery, AL area by using Google and Yelp. Next I looked for the company with the best ratings and reviews. That company was by far and away Motivated Movers. Not only did they have the best ratings (all 5's), they consistently had the best customer written reviews as well, and to top it all off they had the most reviews when compared to the competition.
Their entire team were awesome! Starting with Kevin whom I spoke with on the phone to schedule our service. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. On the morning of Barry who is the team lead along with Bradley and Glenn arrived exactly as we schedule. From the word go the guys were precise, very fast, professional and courteous. If you can request a group of 3 by name do yourself a favor and ask for them when you need your move done right and in a timely fashion.

We utilized Motivated Movers to move 2 house holds to a new location. We had 2 26' trucks and a crew of 5. The crew showed up right on time and had both houses moved and unloaded in record time. They were respectful with our belongings and handled them with care. They worked great as a team and each one of them - Dalton, Devon, Ced, Horatio and Charles had a very professional, energetic energy about them. Motivated Movers completed what we couldn't do at a very fair price! Thank You!

We used these guys yesterdays to move our entire house to storage units and they were hands down, the most polite and efficient people we could have asked for. I even had items labeled as climate controlled and non climate and they had no issue packing the truck accordingly and delivering to both units. They handled all of our items so carefully. Most importantly, they had great attitudes the entire time and knocked it out so fast ! Highly recommend!! Might I add, they were the BEST priced company we called. Thanks again !

Overall very happy with the service I received. I had Jeremy, Ryan, and Jonah assigned to me. Jeremy gave me a call in advance to let me know they were on their way and double checked with me about what I needed packed. They were very friendly and all had great attitudes. Jonah wrapped my furniture up very well and took extra care of my items I had concerns about during the packing process. During moving into my new apartment, my bed frame ended up broken but Ryan took the time and fixed it up with the tools he had available to him which I really appreciate. They did a great job and I thought it was really nice that they made sure I was okay with how everything was placed and were very willing to move things around and unwrap things for me. I do highly recommend them and would use their packing and moving services again.

We used Motivated Movers twice this month. They did such a great job with our move, we requested them for my mother-in-law's move. They were great both times! Fast, efficient, professional, friendly, respectful and very affordable! Joshua & Jonah were on the team for both moves and I cannot say enough good things about them. Joshua is a born leader and made sure everyone stayed on task and was careful with our belongings. He's very personable and has a great work ethic. These was a move for my mom. She moved from a 3-bedroom house (lived in for over 30 years) to a 2-bedroom apartment. Staff made this move so easy! Customer service was outstanding, from the office staff to the 2 young men that facilitated the move. The price was also GREAT! I highly recommend Motivated Movers in Montgomery, AL!!!!! Arrived early-great attitudes by both movers. Handled furniture with skill and care. Despite moving to my son's second floor apartment on a hot summer day they were calm and patient. Finished in less time than expected-so below estimated cost. Highly recommend.

Dalton, John, & Marco did a great job. They arrived on time, surveyed the job, got started, and didn’t slow down until they were done.
