Went to the showroom to look at toilets. They carry Kohler and Vorten. The Vorten is a contractor grade, very basic not one I think I would like and Kohler which starts with a contractor grade and better and best model. I received a printed price list of the two toilets I am considering.

Needed some simple advice for replacing a tub gasket and these guys went the extra mile to give me free advice over the phone. More like a helpful neighbor than a usual business, thanks Tyler!

Got service day of call. Nice, paid 380$ for a plumping clear up. They used my ladder to get on the roof. Fine, except they did NOT put it up. Did not close the back door properly nor ask me or inform me. Front door was the same. Neither door was shut and left a jar. So I did have a problem but it was handled.

Apparently two of my pipes are broke as mud is coming back up, and they will give me a quote today on how much work to fix those.

May have to involve insurance and may be a process but at least these workers work very quick and will talk you through it all.
