Fantastic service, came out same day and was fast efficient and friendly.

I was told one thing on the phone, but something different once they arrived. Owner did not seem concerned. Was charged $500 for one hours worth of work. Makes no sense.

I have used these guys a few times and they are honest on time and don't try to upsell you. This may sound like a simple review but as a person who owns a few properties it is always a nightmare to get a straight deal much less a fair deal. These guys provide both.

We originally tried to go with Roto Rooter. How silly of us! We went WEEKS with no response, over-charging on work, and complete lack of communication. One call to ATC Hilyer and our work was bid and completed within a week! Super friendly, professional, quality work. 10/10 recommend!

Jordan was very professional and took time to explain everything he was doing as well as everything I needed to do after he left to maintain care of my septic system. ATC was very easy to work with. I called at 8am and by 1pm they had me worked in and done. Very little impact on yard. Will be recommending them to all friends and family.

They guy that came out didn't document the service about the septic tank. We explained that it was a inspection for the bank. I called the office after the email came to me. The man on the phone was rude and stated Josh is gone for today. I needed it for the bank for a closing and he told me you will get it tomorrow. I was setting at the bank when he stated "you will not get it back today."

ATC Hilyer is the best for all your plumbing needs! They are fast, friendly, and efficient and have helped us multiple times with a variety of issues from having our septic tank pumped to having our pool pump pipes replaced! Highly recommend!

This company is hands down the best. We made the mistake of calling Clark's first...please don't bother if you have sewer problems, they took forever to get us bid on replacing it and cost twice as much as Hilyer.
It took us two days to get a bid after paying for a service call.
Hilyer was same day on the spot and free.
We had multiple problems one of which included the water works have to do some repairs and Hilyer helped us out through all of it.

ATC was the second plumbing service to come out to our house. No one could unclog our kitchen sink or find the grease trap. Within an hour they had accomplished both! Highly recommend! We now plan for them to drain our grease trap after the holidays.
