Called to get a quote! Got it! Called to make an appointment! Was told he would call me back when he got to office! Called him four hours later! Said he forgot! Tried to get him to set up an appointment! Said he would call me on Monday! No call! So sorry! I don't get it!

Made appointment for him to go check a leak and he didn't go so we rescheduled, and again he didn't show up or got back to me to let me know he couldn't make it; you have to be calling him and good luck if he answers.

Called the company twice, first encounter was with a gentleman that talked to me like I was crazy about what needed fixing in my home. He basically told me I didn’t have a problem but told me someone would call me back. My home warranty company told me otherwise. I never received a call. I was trying to give this company a chance since they came highly reviewed by the website and a friend. So, I called back a few days later and was told you will get a call by a technician today. Still haven’t received a call a week later. I just don’t know.

I called A Plumbing and they showed up the next day. Excellent job with my water heater replacement and great customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommended. Also their price was lower than alot of the companies I called.

David was responsive, showed up on time, explained exactly what he was seeing and then suggested we still had time before we needed replacement instead of just taking our money. Friendly, professional and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone!

Mr. Davis is young, polite, and receptive. I had a have leakage problem on a Friday. I contacted Mr. Davis among other plumbers. He explain explained that he a few stops before he could take care of my situation. He arrived much sooner than I expected and took care of my problem. I will use him again.
