Worst customer service the phone reps are rude as they can be.nice nasty. I req service August 8. Paid 350...Sept 3.still having the same issue.called them every week in between.to report the same issue. And now they want to send me someone to give me an estimate that they say is going to cost atleast another 300. But it was never fixed in the first place.So how can you give me an estimate. "Professionals" who don't know what they are doing, dont stand by their work ,just keep getting money. I am waiting on a manager to call me back... all day.Now they're saying he won't be back till tomorrow. And I'm still in need of the same service $300 later ..4 weeks later..and they rude. 0 stars

We had them come out after calling multiple company’s and no one could find the septic tank let alone pump it. Well Wade Salter from this company came out and was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done. He also helped us find where there were lines that needed to be repaired and replaced. This is what a good representative of a company should be coming from one contractor to another. Highly recommend giving them a call for any plumbing or septic needs.

I had been told by another plumber through American Home Shield home warranties that the plumbing would need to be jetted using a camera from the roof of the house and that the cost would be $750-1,000. After my handyman couldn't fix the problem, I called Roto Rooter at 1:00 pm and they arrived the same day and within an hour or two, the problem was fixed for just a little over $200. Roto Rooter is going to be my go to plumber from here on out.

I called yesterday about my main line being clogged and Roy came right out the next day and was friendly and got right to work, he unclogged it in no time. Thank you 🙏

Great work! On time. In and out in less than an hour. Advised me on how to keep septic in good shape w/ no problems. Very professional. Answered all my questions. Helpful. Careful to keep truck away from yard as I requested.

Joshua has been so helpful and has gone above and beyond. He fixed our plumbing issue and while doing so found that AT&T had bored through our sewer line. He has been awesome getting us all the information needed for our claim.
