We called to help find a small water leak and we also could not find a water shut off in our new home. Cody found the shut off and confirmed that there is a small leak. Gave us suggestions and advice and his card to call back when we decide. Super professional and this company is 24/7 so they came out on a Saturday when we were off work. Only cost $39 for diagnostic then they give you a quote for the work. Thank you!

My hot water heater started giving me issues so I reached out to this company. I informed them that I would be using a home warranty to help pay for the repairs. They sent a contractor out to assess my hot water heater. The contractor even spoke with my home warranty company. Once everything got approved with my warranty, I called this company back to have a part ordered and to inform them that my home warranty approved the work. This company then proceeded to tell me that they don’t take the warranty after my money had already been paid for a contractor to come out to look. They then proceeded to tell me that they charge extra just for my home warranty.

James was on time and quickly got to work. He figured out the issue with In a few minute of arriving had the problem fixed and water was working fine. Definitely recommend him and this company again!

Love this company. Have been using them since 2018. This is m 4 th visit from them over the last 3 yrs. Employees are always polite, friendly & informative as to what needs to be done and the cost upfront. You also get a photo of the person they are sending to your home. James was wonderful😊

I’m down from NC visiting my disabled sister and needed a plumbing company. I searched and read reviews on several top-rated companies and I selected Ben Franklin Plumbing. While they couldn’t give me an appointment because their schedule was full, they assured me someone would come today. They were able to come late in the day after their scheduled work was completed. And they knocked the work out efficiently. I was very happy with Brady and Sammy. Brady explained the best course of action based on his experience and it worked like a charm! And saved me money. Requested a quote for a water filter and softener installation. I shopped around some other plumbers with good reviews and not only we’re they the cheapest for a service call ($49) they were available the soonest. The tech Blake showed up on time and was very helpful and knowledgeable with explaining our options.

Thomas came by and helped us fix a leak while finding something else wrong that we needed to get fixed right away to keep from causing more problems later on that two other plumbers had missed. He was quick and efficient and definitely recommend. Will definitely be giving them a call for anything else we may need.

They do good job but expensive. I had to replace my toilet immediately. Every company was behind on schedule. Earliest I got was 1 week out. I called them and got immediate next day schedule. Before I called them I already had quote from other plumbing companies. They told me toilet replacement cost is $200 but when I called Ben Franklin they never gave me quote over the phone. Once the plumber came he told me that Toilet replacement cost is $365. They don't match price with other company. I told him I had a quote from other company. I also had a name of that company and told them that they gave me price quote for replacing toilet is $200 but you were charging me $365. He told me that $365 is his company flat charge for toilet replacement. Since it was emergency that's why I still did with them. He did good job. My point of view is like, You can be Expensive for faster service but not twice more expensive than other companies.
